As an ex-receiver and tape junkie, it's so much better to look at the receiver as they are catching the ball. Some of my checkpoints: - Hand catcher (snatches ball, doesn't wait for it to come to him) - Late hands - Runs thru the catch (doesn't unnecessarily leave feet) - Maintains speed thru catch - Doesn't veer upfield before making the catch So many nuances that make way more sense to focus on then a track meet lol.

The Rams were able to get Puka Nacua because they weren’t blinded by non-football statistics.

Speed is great but give me intelligence, work ethic, HANDS, solid route running, NO OFF FIELD issues and great team players and I'll beat you every single time. Look at some of the greatest that ever did it. Before Jerry Rice, Stave Largent, a guy with NO definable measurables, was the top dog in all the major stats. Puka is another great example of a failed NFL evaluation process.

Jarvis Landry was faster than his 40 time Landry probably did that to avoid getting a leg injury if Landry was to seriously run a 40 time he would probably run a 4.4💯
