Eh, high school times don't mean much. Look at Roman Wilson, ran a 4.37 in high school, only got a 4.41 and a 4.39 for both of his times in the NFL combine. Many runners get better times in high school than in late college/ NFL. Anthony Gould was predicted to get a 4.30 based on high school times but ended up with a 4.39. Most people in the NFL combine end up with worse 40 yard times than they had in high school.
