One of the ladies' in Beck's team found out about E.D.I.T.H being transferred to Spidey. Mysterio's main aim was to be seen as hero(just like the comics), but he also had his eye on E.D.I.T.H. notice how he was still making illusions before he got the glasses but once he got them, he went even bigger with large access to drones in London. The movie makes a lot of sense, it's just edited weirdly in places.

I HAD NO CLUE there was a pot credit scene. Batman adn SUperman being skrulls make PERFECT sense cuz I was lilke "Because im..... BATMAN" and it simply wasnmt addressed.
