hmm it’s worth mentioning you should incorporate super early if you are talking about shares. And that’s a hard decision because depending on the type of company it can be expensive or not adequate for future rounds of funding. On the first stage if you are low class like me you can not raise 10K and you have to worry about the cost of just incorporation, and you are JUST doing proof of concept… Bro this is too much risk. I wish there was a guide for this. I am trying to get a job to pay for my servers tbh
