@@VickytheGod Do lot of breathing excersise, kapal bharti, and other as suggested by Baba Ramdev. Do lot of stretching excersise. Do stretching for back, hip,and other joint. Do not eat cold things or food which is increasing Vata in body. Keep remeber- life is full of many challange, be become stronger and better by overcoming challange. Overcome this challange, it is going to be great fight. Make it your purpose, life will unfold many things and ways to overcome this.. Keep going.. All the best..

@@drpankajwalecha i already met five people who suffer from this problem but after going through operation 6 to 10 month they feel good but slolly they become physically handicapped. Now all have leg sizes differ now. So that's is reason original which gave by god is gold so guies who have to save your life and save you spine and hip. I was also suffering from hla 27 positive and sleep like a dead body but now after simple process of yoga and meditation i am walking now doing my regular work. It's take time but for sure cure

But medical science is developed now a days and growing at its peak but there is no specific medicine and advice to stop the progression.
