Everyday we tell ourselves stories about who we are, the people around us, and the world we live in. If they're constructive these stories can help us live resilient and happy lives, pulling us away from suffering and internal adversity. If they're destructive they risk damaging our mental health, preventing personal development and causing us to suffer unnecessarily.
This video was created to help clarify the difference and make it easier for you to create constructive stories and weed out destructive ones.

While I agree with basically everything in this video I will say the true stories do and should be considered above fictional stories as they tend to convey messages that are literally grounded in reality and obviously because true stories are you know truth and because of that I believe they should hold slight precedence over fictional stories but either way stories if any kind are great (provided it’s a good story lol) solid video my guy you’ve been churning out bangers lately 🙏❤️

I totally agree with your video, thank you for presenting it so well 🙏 "Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven't found it yet, keep looking. Don't settle. As with all matters of the heart, you'll know when you find it.”

I've needed this sooooooo much lately. I woke up this morning, instantly back in my grief, shame, sorrow, sadness, aloneness, pain....crying because each morning brings another day of remembering the painful stories of my life, and deeply upset to have woken up again, wishing to fall asleep for living eternity. I've been deeply depressed and regretful for everything I've ever done from my unconscious Self, my stories. It's the holidays now and feeling more alone as it appears everyone has someone. I have been in the darkest night of my Soul (I've had many), feeling abandoned by the people I Love the most, and feeling ready to go onto the next life and let this one go. It's been deeply, deeply grief filled. 😞 I do work on my personal healing, I've been immersed in clinical therapy, I study mindfulness, I meditate, I am an Awakened and conscious Soul, through my experiences, but I endure CPTSD as an HSP with a very, very sensitive Soul, so it is sometimes unbearable. All that said, here I am this morning, listening to this channel. I feel it's Divine intervention. The messages here have softened this inner pain and I can listen in a more surrendered way....I am very thankful for being here, and thankful to this channel for having this on YT for those of us who need this so, so, so much. Thank you. 🕉 💚

I have been there and can relate to your pain. I think it was Churchill that said, if you find yourself walking through hell... keep walking. I would offer that you let go of all judgment of yourself others and events and focus only on feeling the pain with full awareness just feel it and witness it breathe into it allow it to be what it is. That part of you that is in pain needs your conscious awareness and presence. It needs to be seen, felt, acknowledged, owned and processed through. It really doesn't matter what caused it. If it functions it's there. Feel and heal. It doesn't matter how long it takes just be still and focus on the present and feel that which is there to feel until it thins out and dissipates leaving you in your calm Center. Repeat this process for as many days months and years as it takes until you find yourself walking out of hell and into the daylight of your authentic true self. Love you and have a blessed and happy New Year 2023.

@@tessdavis2796 Not saying I agree with it. I'm just pointing out how it is. People believing what they've been told has definitely made my life harder. Although if I hadn't let emotions dictate my response I would be all good. Live and learn I guess.

*Never let one failure from the past hold you back in the future* 👉🏻 *MUST READ FOR YOU* “As a man was passing the elephants, he suddenly stopped, confused by the fact that these huge creatures were being held by only a small rope tied to their front leg. No chains, no cages. It was obvious that the elephants could, at anytime, break away from their bonds but for some reason, they did not. He saw a trainer nearby and asked why these animals just stood there and made no attempt to get away. ‘Well,’ trainer said, ‘when they are very young and much smaller we use the same size rope to tie them and, at that age, it’s enough to hold them. As they grow up, they are conditioned to believe they cannot break away. They believe the rope can still hold them, so they never try to break free.’ The man was amazed. These animals could at any time break free from their bonds but because they believed they couldn’t, they were stuck right where they were.” *I LOVE YOU* 💕😘 ❤️

Trees wouldn't exist if you took out all the trees on the universe. Our minds existed before we realized we exist. We are a fundamental aspects of existence. Ideas then are the metaphysical leafs of our minds. Stop disregarding human existence of thoughts.
