It's very sad that Anubis' potential was never fully explored by Yostar, to this day they haven't given him a decent skill partner or a good buffer, but even so he delivers on what he proposes, which is to be a Dark DPS, a perfect option for being a f2p character is easy to put in SS and about Hel is still a lot of fun to use and play with her, but I believe she is less accessible than Anubis since she is a limited character and we already have Hades to choose from instead of her so she is most used by their fans, anyway, both are still good characters and I hope they gain buffers, skillpartners or even other S rank versions

You know, its a crime that Anubis and Bastet don't have a skill chain together. Heck they were on a top rated mission together for goodness sakes, and they are actually perfect for team building. We can only hope and pray for maybe a future male shadow nile modifier to pair with anubis? As of late i highly doubt it

Nah.. yes they are both shadow elements but the similarities are only that. based on Egyptian god lore Anubis is god of death while Bastet is goddess of protection and good health so they're opposite to each other. One that makes me feel bad is there's no skill chain between Sekhmet and Bastet even though based on the Egyptians mythology the both are sisters (even in Bastet code they say she is Sekhmet's doppelganger).

Man if they just give Anubis what he really deserves bro is a great character they made almost everything about him perfect except his team's and also if you are going to use sobek with Anubis it is better to give sobek a lot and I mean a lot of ult skill dmg and charge

So overall, good for the people that invested in them before, at least, so that's good. Kinda sucks that they're still behind, but they can't all be Hades and it's probably an overall better spot for them. Hel getting Heimdall is at least sorta a boon since being duct-taped to a general buffer isn't the worst place to be in. Anubis got shafted there though, *please* give him someone besides Sobek. He's so bad, even compared to other A Ranks. I get it, there's no other Male Dark typed mods, and they don't like to mix genders with these, but cmon! Give him someone!

I have a question. So I have both Hel and Anubis. Theyre two of my favorite characters. If i wanted to use them together on a team, how big of a buff would oneiroi be for them? Does she make that pure shadow team viable, or is there a better filler unit? When considering anubis and hel separately, does oneiroi make it into either of their most optimal teams? If i just wanted oneiroi mainly to boost up my favorite shadow modifiers, is oneiroi worth it? What about her functor and functor transcendance? Also, if i put oneiroi and hades together in a team, but Don't want selene, is that team + an extra slot (for lingguang/hera or preferably someone whos less demanded from other teams) still good or viable? And what are some good options i could put in that extra slot instead of selene/hera/lingguang? Sorry for asking so many questions! Youve always been so helpful in comments and im just trying to decide how to spend my pulls.

Hi there, Oneiros is pretty much mitsuha or Sekhmet but for dark teams she's the best support you can run on your dark team, so if you plan on running dark units you'll want Oneirois, Hera, ling or Heimdall with Oneiros being best in slot and yes she will be part of their most optimal team since she the only shadow support, her functor is going to be a big boost to her support capability but you dont really need transcendence to have a solid support. Oneiros + hades is a viable team, your third can be Heimdall for support, remember you can grab her functor for free from the battle pass shop or you can run Hel or Anubis Standalone as the third.

@@SkillOp Thank you so much! This information is greatly appreciated. I'll definitely roll for oneiroi and her functor then. Would you say heimdall functor transcendence and oneiroi functor transcendence still add a lot of value to them or their functors? I get that it isn't required for oneiroi to be solid, but honestly i have over 750 pulls and im currently saving cubes, so if there was ever a functor to transcend I'm curious if oneiroi would be a good choice since i love my shadow units so much. I just know some functors don't really gain much from being transcended like Yingzhao.

@@fadedfiction2733 i believe with oneiros's functor at just r1 you barely have to run any crit rate on her and she'll have over 100% crit rate and share that with her teammate. so if you had to SS onerois with a r1 functor which would raise the functors transcendences by +2 putting it at r3 so instead of going for transcendence on the function just go for SS oneiros + r1 functor the SS status will in term raise the functor to r3 and you can save some pulls. also since you have so much save why not go for selene? oneiros + hades and selene are the strongest team in the game right now.

@@SkillOp Okay, thank you! I'll be sure to get her SS and her functor then. Crit rate is always quite difficult to achieve so im happy to mostly avoid that. The reason I don't want to get selene is simply because I don't like her. I don't really like hades too much either, but with her becoming more easily obtainable, having a free skin, being oneiroi mom, and having a cool ult chain with oneiroi, I'm fine with delegating her to ai since she has all that and will help oneiroi shine. Selene I'm just not interested in her design, role, or kit. The only reason I would pull her is for the oneiroi team and that just isn't a good enough reason when hel, Anubis, and other decent third slots exist. I don't care about meta, and while I'm no stranger to pulling units specifically for one character (I pulled lu Liang and meng mostly just for enlil), i just dont feel selene brings enough to the table for me personally to warrant pulling her. On top of that I also plan to pull a lot of units. I just got sekhmet and I'll be getting zhi ming, lu wu, thoth, S ver (i know one copy is free), oneiroi, Artemis, skadi, mitsuha, and buzenbo. I think thats everyone I can think of. I also plan to hopefully get a few of them (especially skadi for buff) to ss and pull some sig functors. Basically I have a ton of pulling ahead of me, so even tho I've saved a lot, I wouldn't burn pulls for a character I don't like and won't enjoy. Especially when we could be getting a new Apollo sometime soon

if you have to choose hades for sure, you can always save it for Selene or Artemis as well. if you buy BP hade's functor will be in the BP in the future.
