Hey just Dustin I throw knives for living and I just wanted to tell you a little trick I learned I mean throwing a kunai knife instead of trying to rotate it at a small distance throw it like a dart and you'd be better off hitting it like that just a little tip I thought I'd tell you so you don't hurt yourself again I do this for a living so I'm kind of experienced but I wouldn't say I'm the best at it but I have yet to fail so there you go

Throwing like a dart would be very difficult to do the rotation that happens when throwing and knife allows for more power like when you rotate your hips to punch... so you would only want to fling your rist and dont move your arm and depending on the distance fling it with more or less power .. although ive never tried throwing like a dart it dosent seem like it would do very good ill have to try that... not trying to insult your knowledge or experience.. just throwing in my opinion... ive been practicing the art of knige throwing and recently throwing un balanced and odd knives such as a butter knife .. sienc i was 14 and im 26 now ..
