Circe is op because she gets major power boosts from Hecate herself, and we all know Hecate is basically a nigh-omnipotent. Even having a fraction of her power would make you stupidly powerful. DC Hecate is also stronger than the entire Greek Pantheon as well.

I did not know DC Comics had a Circe. I only knew about the Marvel Comics Version. And this version is much more powerful than the Marvel Version. Wow. Great Video. Why isn't she featured more often against Wonder Woman?
