A: I just couldn’t be bothered to talk about his father since outside of his motive, I didn’t like how it ruined the flow of the video when writing the script. Q: So, is the Anime adventure Role-Playing Guidebook a valid source? A: Ehhh, debatable. Although yes, the entire book was written specifically for game mechanics, most of the lore for its characters and cosmology were all written to correlate to the anime continuity. This was why I didn’t heavily prioritize its usage for the video, as it was only meant to give viewers more options to justify Garlic jr’s lore and as an interesting obscure fun fact. Q: Does Garlic Jr’s power-ups correlate to his power level? A: Also Debatable. Most guides usually confirm forms like ssj1 being 50x for BATTLE POWER but not just strength. Hence, I didn’t go overboard, trying to stack each multiplier and make him reach levels I’m sure people won’t agree on. As such, I merely state his super form is a power boost as a lowballed stat argument. Q: Why didn’t you calc the dead zone to that of a Black Hole? A: since there is no frame of reference I can use to figure out its questionable size, as well as the already debatable explanation of the dead zone, It’s therefore un-quantifiable. Q: how strong is King of Destruction Garlic Jr? A: Due to the convolution of heroes scaling and canon, I didn’t want to speculate how strong he could be when there is very little proof he does scale to the Heroes' cast. So I decide to throw him a bone and speculate how strong he could be if he was given said form within the anime. For anyone asking for the background music, it's in the description. I think the easiest way to put Garlic Jr's Deadzone feat is: A hax feat. Garou was able to enter and manipulate a Hyperspace, yet his APT at high ball is small Galaxy level, far below what would be needed. Garlic Jr. likely is similar. Ki works in varied ways, so it IS most likely a feat, but just a hax one vs something like DBS Broly, where Gogeta and Broly create an entire 4D Pocket Dimension before proceeding to destroy it with raw APT.

The most funny thing is, is that Garlic Jr. can actually kill every person in the universe, probably except Moro, simply due to his immortality alone. If he never opens the Dead Zone, in every battle he fights, yeah, he'd get curb stomped, but Garlic Jr's immortality renders him unable to suffer from fatigue. Eventually, all of his opponents would wear themselves down and since Garlic Jr has proven he can perform incredible feats of power, he can kill them. There is also the option of just allowing his opponents to tire themselves out so much before he opens the dead zone on them as well. #17 and #18 are p much the only exceptions given that they do not suffer from fatigue or energy loss. If Garlic Jr could get stronger with every injury he took, he'd be insanely OP.

This happens in the movies quite a bit because they are alternative timelines that often come out before the anime even introduces the next thing. Hell characters like Broly and Hatchiyack are way too powerful for the time period they take place in, Broly was destroying the Southern Quadrant at such a fast rate during the movie that King Kai was worried about his Quadrant and that was Restricted State Broly. Shit Hatchiyack literally warped an entire Quadrant with his energy and yet these guys are being fought by Cell Games Z Fighters who wouldn't even be Solar System level because they don't scale to SPC or SSJ2 Gohan... Same thing happens with Fusion Reborn which can be extremely wanked.

I think with the Dead Zone, he just has the ability to open a portal to it. This is a creation technique with destructive properties, not a direct destructive capability that Garlic JR can casually whip out with every attack. Think of the universal Spirit Bomb that Goku can do, and imagine it being used by a Goku that just learned how to form the Spirit Bomb from King Kai a few hours ago. The attack itself is extremely powerful, but the user is not. Same thing with Garlic HR & the Dead Zone.

when it comes to movies just imagine them as a completely different universe. All the same good guys but the bad guys are replaced with new villians. For Example Dead Zone = Raditz Worlds Strongest = Nappa Tree of Might = Vegeta Lord Slug = Namek Cooler = Frieza Cooler 2 = Mecha Frieza Android 13 = Android 19/20 Broly = Android 17/19 Bojack = Cell Unfortunately it kinda gets messy from then on

Garlic Jr's normal form is small and his transformation is large same as Frieza's first two forms. His henchmen resemble the Ginyu Force (two huge guys, one short one and one average white haired one). It took place after Frieza so it makes sense. If we go by official levels Tard and Zold should be above 75,000(Krillin) but below Gohan(200,000) who were both stated to not have trained for 10 months. Tard easily beat Krillin, and Zold was able to hurt him with a blast a bit. Gohan was able to block a combined blast from them so their combined powers should be below 200,000 or at least equal. 120,000 for Tard and 80,000 for Zold seems ok. Vinegar's punch was able to hurt a serious Gohan and the Masenko wasn't able to completely destroy his body as it did Tard and Zold so he should be stronger than them, around 160,000. Gasshu was able to go toe to toe with Gohan and even outspeed him so he should be around 200,000 as well. Makyo Star being a x3 increase makes more sense. They both were able to overpower Gohan and Krillin but they could not beat an enraged Gohan (who was able to push 3rd form Frieza back for a few seconds). Garlic Jr should be around 1st form Frieza level (he could not completely dodge Gohan's attack which gave him a cut in his face) which would put him at 1,590,000 at full power. Now Piccolo was seen training and was shown to be slightly above Garlic Jr so he should be around 1,700,000.

I love dragon ball, but holy shit is power scaling absolutely mind numbing. These characters are growing exponentially, and at lower levels is able to blow up planets and moons with ease, but Broly vs SSB Gogeta and the earth somehow isn't destroyed by one of these overpowered characters from just glancing at it. Piccolo post Namek saga could have easily destroyed the Earth, yet I'm supposed to believe that the Androids are beyond Super Saiyan Goku Namek Saga many times over. The whole power scaling thing is absolutely mind numbing when you add a little bit of logic.
