I think Natsu does keep the amp because in the galuna island arc gray scaled over Natsu since he actually defeated Lyon since he only used a 1 handed style and then in phantom lord arc natsu gets his emotional amp so in battle of fairy tail arc in the end natsu with gajeel help beat laxus while laxus called gray a loser compared to him and he was struggling with bicckslow (tho he was distracted in the end) Other hints like makarov thinking erza could beat laxus and natsu could potentially beat laxus if he gets mad not thinking of gray and/ by narrative natsu and gray scale below erza until erza told natsu to surpass her in phantom lord arc and he got an amp

It was kinda lame that friendship was the thing that killed Acnologia(Which is bullshit, Natsu would've died 1000 fold without plot armor) Zeref had the ability to change the timeline, or universe as he saw fit, which is kind of like the Omni-King in a way. @@stormycraft3052 How is that the case? Theoretically, lets just say that energy from DBZ is the same as Magic in FT, Acnologia could just devour all the energy if thrown at him. Acnologia devoured time, and basically controlled it, I've heard the Omni-King's feat is that he erased a timeline just because he was pissed off. If this is the case, Acnologia can't be affected by this feat, simply because he could just devour it. (Also that Friendship thing in FT is bullshit, mostly because Arcane Dragon Slayer Magic should be able to just tank it, and absorb it, which is the whole point of Acnologia being a Dragon Slayer). I'm also assuming that the Dragon Ball's power of Shenron would not be able to defeat Acnologia either, as theoretically speaking Magic, and Energy have no effect on Acnologia.

And the whole "old villains are weaker than new villains" doesn't quite work with FT as well. Jellal was a Wizard saint, and he was using part of his powers, hardly someone like Zero was stronger than him, or Festival arc Laxus. Hades was stronger than any villian before Mard Geer appeared. The Avater were hardly as strong as Mard Geer as well. That logic just doesn't work.

Secondly the statements about the dragon gods were more like „they could EVEN match acno in a fight“ which reffered to pre time lapse acno. post time lapse acno>4 Dragon Gods ≈ pre time laps acno.

So you take a hax ability and use that to wank the AP of a character to try to push a character up tiers? Hax do not directly translate to AP so you can't claim Zeref, Natsu or Acnologia scale to universal or galaxy level AP or durability based on a hax ability. Ultear reversed time by a minute for the entire universe, by that logic she too an everyone who scales above her also are universal (they're not). Blueno from one piece had access to a different dimension cause of his fruit that was a replica of the real universe, I hope we can agree that doesn't make him universal as it can't translate to AP or durability (same for Kaguya's dimensions). Also the 4th mathematical dimension is time, any 4D being or higher would be able to freely stop, move backwards, forwards, speed up or slow down time as easily as it is for us to walk forward or take a step back, if Acnologia and Zeref can't do that then they're not 4D or higher, a dimension separate from time and space means you can't get there physically under normal circumstances and time passed in there doesn't pass outside but that still doesn't mean that it's a higher mathematical dimension, dimension can have a lot of meanings in common parlance and it's wank to use that to claim higher dimensionality. In truth almost no characters in fiction are 4d or higher, not Goku, not Aizen, not Natsu, not Kaguya etc. People just look for keywords and hyperbolic language to upscale their verse but it's bs.

Yep Zeref the character who had no DC feats beyond island level is Universal+.... powerscaling getting out of hand. Everything i nfairytail series is magic, its essentially matter in the fairytail verse. Acnologia could absord the time rift because hes the arcane dragon. Zeref does not have compplete control over time magic either because natsu manages to take his fairy heart abilities away by wounding him severely. A universal+character should have ful lcontrol over time when it comes to powerscaling, since time and space are concepts within the universe. Not a single fairytail character shows a infinity+ speed or strength feat. People mention natsu moving through Demaria's time, but it works similarly to bleach reiatsu. If you have significantly more magic power than somebody else you can overwhelm their abilities..
