I love your videos! Can you please show us different and unique styles of mixing color in foam clays?? like not totally mixing 2 colors into one color but us clearly seeing different colors of clay

Hey I saw your comment and wanted to share that I will be coming out with a kit that I clouded all kinds of colors. I will be launching it in my Etsy in the next couple days. It comes with 1 bag of Bohs and 10 colors to mix in. If you follow my tutorials you see how I mix it in. kzbin.infoGDqb_XljGlY?si=do7r17uLcUxPPTdy

Have you seen my Clay Bouquet video maybe? Do you mean like those mixed clay balls but more/different styles? 😊
@fearnotalphaz6 ай бұрын
@@the.sarahworld more like the polymer clay earring videos. I actually saw the foam clay vs polymer clay earrings too and tried to mix it through what I remembered from the video and I mixed so much it looked like I made a cheap galaxy instead lol. when I watched it again, I just remembered to not overmix them and cut squares of it. Can you please show us more?

Do your shapes go flat as you work? As I'm working, my shapes will go flat on the bottom, especially spheres. it's a random brand that was gifted to me that was bought on Amazon. I really like it besides the whole sagging issue.
@the.sarahworld5 ай бұрын
In most of my videos with foam clay I use a soft surface to put my foam clay pieces on :) But it has to be REALLY soft otherwise gets just a weird imprint from the surface 😅 And in the video where I buy different foam clay brands you can see my foam clay from amazon get really flat on the bottom 🙈

Hello, do you ever had cracking on your foam clay? Especially between part that stick each other?
@the.sarahworld6 ай бұрын
Hi! Cracking itself not really, but between parts that stick to each other it happens often because the clay is shrinking a bit while drying 🥲 haven‘t really found a solution for that

Is this air dry polymer clay?
@the.sarahworld2 ай бұрын
no, it‘s a looot lighter and softer than polymer clay :) like dense, heavy styrofoam. But it airdries!

At first I wanted to make some basic figures just for this video but I thought it was more interesting to use figures that are a bit older and definitely won‘t change anymore 🙈 It wasn‘t easy 😭

can you pleaase make a tutorial on how you work with foam clay, i have no idea how to sculpt with it and get lots of folds and bumps when im rolling out anything
@the.sarahworld6 ай бұрын
thats a great idea actually 😊 I‘m not sure how much I can actually help with that but I‘ll give my best 🤓 In the meantime, in my older videos with foam clay, I show the whole process in a lot more detail - like how I make nice, smooth clay balls… and hopefully some more useful tips I can‘t think of right now 😅
