Hey Kevin, at the high velocity of the bb, even if the substance of corn starch and water acts as a solid when hit hard, the speed also comes into play. For instance when the bb hit it was stopped for a second but again, the velocity and energy from the bb going into the ooblek it would not have been stopped either way.
