I understand you got hax monsters like Itachi Obito and kisame with his insane chakra but that doesn't mean sasori is a push over, honestly it's because of the Sakura being useless memes and him "losing" to her is what gets the disrespect I've seen of him

What's even wilder about people pegging him as weak cause he lost in a fight with Sakura is Chiyo not only carried her in that fight but it's heavily implied that Sasori let himself get killed.

@@TheOmniSavage Just to clarify Sasori intentionally made the poison less lethal (3 days instead of near instant death) so he wouldn’t kill jinchuriki before extracting the tailed beasts. 3 days is almost exactly how long it took them to extract Shukaku from Gaara.

Almost every akatsuki member can destroy an entire ninja village Itachi can use Susano Pain can use almighty push Kisame can drown the entire place Konan can blow up the place with her billion paper bombs Deidara can use his ultimate explosion Sasori can use his 100 puppets and iron sand Kakuzu can use his chakra nature combinations to wreck havoc Only Hidan would have a difficult time since his weapon and speed are limited, if he's swarmed by many shinobi he can be restrained

Sandaime Kazekage is not actually said to be the strongest in Suna's history, that is a consistent mistranslation from the actual term in Japanese which is "strongest successive", which just means he is stronger than those who came before. Albeit, Sandaime is likely still stronger than Rasa regardless as he is likely stronger than Chiyo.

Yeah, that’s why I thought as it was stated the he was stronger than his predecessors, and never said to being stronger than rasa or gaara but when doing more research the viz translation called him strongest of all kazekage and even the kanji supported that.

If you mean cover his weak point with the iron sand then that would be useless as sasori himself is a puppet and would have been unable to move if the sand touched him.

Sannin level refers to the Sannin before Sage Mode, Byakugo Seal & Part 1 Oro. Cuz the Sannin are stated to be inferior to Hiruzen, meanwhile Oro beat a slightly nerfed Hiruzen. Also, can you imagine Jiraiya using SM, and Ma & Pa, Tsunade using the Byakugo Seal, and Oro using Edo Tensei & Hydra form against Hanzo and still losing 3v1? Cuz I cant. Sasori is Sannin level, and so are Kisame, Deidara, Kakashi, Guy, Rasenshuriken Naruto & Hebi Sasuke

His hundred puppets are individually not even chunin level in fighting abilities. Its the most overrated move in naruto universe. A relatively green Sakura was ploughing through them. Basically they are just fodder. The only trouble ones are the kazekage, hiruku and his own body. And please don't compare him to sanin. Bunta might alone beat him lol. As for the kazekage, it could have been an ambush for all we know. Deidara was taken down by kankuro and a bunch of chunins with well placed traps. Yet the same guy flew away with a half dead gara over sand villlage and no one could do anything about it. Circumstances matters

Sakura helped defeat Sasori. It was a team effort. Chiyo was ultimately the one who did the deed, but Sakura helped. Sakura was the one who smashed Hiruko; Sakura was the one who smashed the Third Kazekage puppet; Sakura helped battle Sasori's puppet army; Sakura punched away the blocks of iron sand; Sakura destroyed Sasori's puppet body; and finally, she took a sword for Chiyo, saving her life. Neither could have won without the other. That's why I love this fight so much. It was a team effort. Both women saved each other's lives. Both deserve credit.between them, due to Chiyo being Sasori's grandmother and the woman who taught him everything he knew. It was personal. It was also a battle between puppeteers, with Sakura being the only one present who wasn't a puppeteer, and acting as Chiyo's support. It was two people with essentially the same jutsu fighting each other, and said people were related, and both of them were products of the fucked-up society of Sunagakure. Kishimoto likes to write about bonds, and one of the bonds emphasised in this fight was the bond that Sasori and Chiyo had had before Sasori went crazy. Sasori did not care if Chiyo lived or died, but to Chiyo, he was still her grandson. And I fail to see how this negates Sakura's contribution in the fight.

Sakura was being protected by the best 10 puppets made, not only that the battle ended with those 10 destroyed, Chiyo poisoned, and Sakura left completely defenceless until Sasori’s puppet body was sealed.

@@Ishallreignsupreme and sakura was simultaneously protecting those 10 puppets as well. It was team work. The 100 puppets only have numbers advantage. They are not that strong individually.

@@lumberjackagies5158 and they clearly failed, that jutsu is double edged sword even Chiyo said so, the more puppets are destroyed the more focus Sasori put on the remaining ones which proved to be true as the 10 puppets were destroyed and Sakura was about to be killed right before the sealing jutsu, and don’t forget that all sasori needs is a single scratch is all he needs to kill his target.

@@Ishallreignsupreme that doesn't change the fact that sakura was butchering those puppets. And this is early shippuden sakura we are talking about who even upto the pain arc got side stepped by a cloud chunin. Sasori was fighting a chunin and an old lady with dementia. He didn't pull that feat against some sanin type opponent.
