I didn't know much about Static so I always thought he was just a younger version of Black Lightning but he is cool and I think he is a lower powerhouse type character due to his abilities. His skills are shocking to say the less. Nice video Ivan the Unstoppable

I definetely think static is extremely underrated. I think he is defintely a heavy hitter but not because of sheet power. Sheer power he probably has about the same as magneto. The thing that makes him scary is the fact that his power has so much versatility, His level of strategy is probably almost on par with batman in terms of battle strategy not long term strategy but there he is honestly 1 or 2 leagues from batman but still that is still really good, and on top of all of that mind control does not work on him. All honesty he could probably match just about anyone of the big seven in terms of combat capabilities and could honestly go against most of the heavy hitters in the verse. Except darkside when darkside gets serious, myksplyc, trigon, but then again no one except a long term strategist like batman can even attempt to fight them and even still no gaurantee he can even win.

I've had the theory for years thar Static has the potential to be the most powerful character in DC. He can steal Supermans powers because Superman has had his abilities transfered due to a lighting strike. He can recharch the green lantern ring too without going to Oa. And since his power is controlling and generating electons he should be able to manipulate matter at the molecular level and create anything he wants out of thin air because the electrons are what determines how molecules bond.

@@jerometruitt2731 I agree he can already reattach his arm because he is effectively doing alchemy but instead of magic it’s more of less control over the cellular structure of his body through electrons. And yeah if he can do it within his body what’s to stop him from creating an electro magnetic field where he can quite literally manipulate all electrons within that space as he sees fit. Of course if he did do this he would need further technical knowledge he doesn’t have yet but if he gained it I don’t know many besides deities or reality warpers that could beat a version of static with those expertise and knowledge at his disposal

@@jerometruitt2731 While yes, Static most certainly has the potential to be perhaps the most powerful character in the DC Universe, he can't necessarily "steal" Superman's powers because the Sun itself is the true source of Superman's powers which has absolutely nothing to do with electricity whatsoever and him being to recharge a Green Lantern ring without going to their home planet Oa wouldn't make much sense either because the rings themselves are "emotion-based", their respective emotion energies within the "Emotional Spectrum" are the only things that actually power/recharge them, but otherwise yeah, Virgil's/Static's power is indeed nothing to laugh at nor take lightly in *any* capacity.

Actually, it seems like Static's own level of strategic thinking and tactical planning compared to Batman's is far higher and you can tell that just by looking at the overall success rate of usage of strategies and tactics between these two characters. As you've seen in the video already, Static has managed to outsmart opponents/enemies that are supposed to be virtually untouchable otherwise and he's done so consistently yet Batman can't even *logically* bring himself to stop the same maniacal criminal clown that has *murdered several people INCLUDING a member of his little "Bat-family" AND who has wounded another member of said family as well.* So technically speaking, Static would actually be "1 or 2 leagues" *above* Batman considering how effective he has proven to be with a strategic/tactical mind and at such a younger age than Batman himself too. Now in terms of how he'd be able to stack up against *insanely* powerful beings such as Darkseid, Trigon, Mr Mxyzptlk etc, Static would probably have at least a *marginally* higher chance of success with his own brand of strategic, tactical prowess especially due to some form having the "element of surprise" on his side since someone like Static would probably be overlooked on the battlefield at first before he eventually gets taken down/defeated by any one of those beings, something even a so-called "long-term strategist" such as Batman (which he actually isn't) isn't capable of doing. *Never ever* underestimate the mind of an electrically-powered teenage genius superhero. ⚡🧠💡🦸🏾‍♂️

I know I ain't the guy you're askin but I gotta give my 2 cents. Static would mop the floor with most every single villan from spiderman. Spiderman is great against regular humans against meta users he struggles almost every single time. If spiderman fought static's villains I guarantee at least 1 if not 2 would be able to beat him, my money on that fight would be on the shadow user and the fire user. I don't remember their names it's been a while but their abilities I remember. I should further clarify my choices the shadow man is basically a walking sponge for kineic energy he can take a lot of punishment before he's down for the count. he prefers areas that are dark and the light does weaken him but when it's nighttime in the dark side of the city I think it would be extremely tough to beat him. The main reason static wins is because 1 generates a lot of electricity more than he can handle and 2 the electricity doubles over as a light source which further weakens him. my second choice would be the fire user because he can fly meaning spiderman's mobility advantage is gone and he can burn the webs he shoots in an instance making him falls and take a considerable amount of damage. Overall if they guy isn't making dumb decisions he would roast spiderman alive his only counters are fire hoses and fire extinguishers though as long as he can either dodge the water and fire extinguisher or generate enough fire to block it there is very little spiderman can do against him. He can't get close to him unless he wants to take a lot of fire damage but also he isn't a tank but he can take some hit so spiderman going for a knockout woudln't be a viable strategy either. The reason I say static would win with ease cause honestly his powers are so versatile, and his power is actually really good and that mixed with how well he fights and how well rounded of a fighter he is that he would absolutely spit on every single one of the villains except maybe green goblin cause green has advanced tech and extremely solid strategy. I think he would win with some difficulty but overall, he would still win by a considerable margin more the spiderman and most likely faster and more efficient than spiderman as well. Also one last thing. I would love to see a teamup with those 2 the way they could coordinate in fights plus with both their knowledge and general personalities they would not only get along but might make a dynamic duo that's just extremely entertaining to watch.

if you watched those shows you would have seen how powerful he was. he knocked out cobra and all of his probably hundreds of followers with 0 effort. They call him the most powerful eletric power user in the verse. then I saw something a while back this guy who was fighting superman who uses electric powers blasted him and stated how are you alive I hit him with the power of 2 supernovas exploding to the face.
