Colonization of the Territory of Modern Russia from Central and Northern Europe during the medieval climatic maximum in the 10th century occurred in two waves: the South Stream went through the Black Sea coast from Austria, Southern Poland, Romania, the Balkans to the Southern Volga (Volga Delta and the Northern Caspian) and the North Stream from East Germany, Northern Poland, Southern Scandinavia, Finland along the coast of the Baltic Sea to the White Sea and the Northern Volga, in the Middle Volga, two waves met and began to mix. The South wave gave rise to the Ukrainian ethnic group, the North wave to the Russian ethnic group. The second colonization is the Mennonites from Germany and Holland, who migrated from Central and Northern Europe to the Volga River under Catherine II, Russified and converted to Orthodoxy...and then they began to mix with local nomadic tribes. The rest of the official World History is a MYTH. Southern Scandinavians, Finns, North Germans, Dutch, North Poles, Balts, Russians are ONE people with different admixtures, divided by religions, languages and national borders! Look, Real Russia/Provincial Russia, Volga Federal District, Middle Volga river, Tolyatti city (population 685,619 people, ethnic composition: ethnic Russians 87%, Tatars 4%, Ukrainians 2%, Mordvins 1.5%, Chuvash 1.5%, others: ethnic Germans (Volga Germans), Poles, Jews, Koreans - less than 0.5%, etc).
