Suga is very tactful and unassuming in his approach. His sensitivity and emphatic skills I believe is shaped by both his own disposition and experience. You’re also very perceptive towards what Suga did in his interviews. Thank you for discussing these and also using Adlerian Psychology - more food for thought!

I absolutely loved Suga's interview show, Suchwita. Suga is a great host and his guests seemed to feel very comfortable chatting with him. Praying there is a season 2. Especially as the BTS members complete their military service, it would be interesting to interview them about how the military has or has not changed them. That includes Suga too. Suga is so calming, funny & wise. Thank you for your videos. You present your subjects in a very comfortable way. And you do your research too.💜

Your insights always provide a new perspective from which to view any subject, for which I thank you. My favorite part of Suchwita has been the way Suga converses with his guests. A lot of interviewers talk at their subject or are more interested in pushing their own agenda. Suga had an exchange of ideas with his guests, which allowed me to learn about both. As for his interactions with his members, it's fascinating that after so many years together, they have attained and ease with each other that is palpable.

Suchwita is the best talk show if you want to listen to artists talk about their process. Instead of being forced to dredge up the same funny stories again and again. Performing like trained seals. It's demeaning to the artist and viewer. Suga in comparison puts his guest at ease. We get a conversation that is always interesting without feeling as if we intruded into areas the artist will regret exposing. It's a fine line. I cannot express how deeply I have appreciated the insights offered, or my admiration for the skillful way Suga used all the appaling interviews BTS were subjected to, to learn what not to do. The what to do - comes directly from Sugas empathetic heart. 💜

Yoongi is the BEST host EVER!! It’s a lot of content but your dedication is commendable! So excited about content from Tae & then Hobi before Jin’s release in June. Hobi’s release in October will give us our 2Seok dream team while we anxiously wait for the other 5. 💜

I love this guy so much. He is rediculously intelligent in interpersonal interaction. If you watch closely, at times you can see him working his magic to bolster spirits, head off conflict, quietly intervene if something is awkward or embarassing. All while standing in the back quietly. Its so beautiful. Each of the members play their parts to balance the dynamic of the group. However yoongi is extra special because his perception and intuition. I imagine they are all still together today in part due to yoongi pulling the strings quietly. 💜 I wish him well. I feel like he's really alone right now and has had some struggles. We won't know until his next album / mixtape as that's how he journals his life. Amazing.

I love Suga’s show, he has an easy way about him, and he’s so kind. It was fun not only getting to hear more personal Stories from his BTS brothers but also to learn about other entertainers from SK as well - I am enjoying learning about SK and its culture and Suga is representing and teaching us as well💜 GO Suga! Can’t wait to see if there is a season 2 because it would be as successful as this season. ARMY loves this show so much 💜

Love Suchwita, love your video. I do have reservation about blaming the residues of trauma upon the victims. The impact is not something they want or might even be aware of, can be subconscious, unconscious or physical. Neurology has verified how it can rewire the brain. PTSD is something you can learn to manage but just like you cannot regrow a limb or transplant a brain, you can only progress from what has happened and impacted. Society is often abusing that concept that 'trauma is a choice', especially around victims of abuse and rape. It leaves those suffering from profound childhood trauma to feel guilty about not being able to shift an imprint that has altered even their physiological response to certain stimulus. A stroke victim can rehabilitate, rewire their brain, heal and have a similar life as the one they had before. One can graft a new limb or add a prosthesis to do some sport. Likewise though there will be regiments of conditions and medical care that others will never have. The same is true of trauma. It can teach you a lot of amazing things... but at a dire cost. Let's not add insult to injury, as I have often seen done, by telling people they 'chose' to be traumatised, or born orphan, disabled, in abusive circumstances. It often takes them immense courage to live a life others take for granted.

I loved watching Suga's shows...his humbleness is what makes others so comfortable with him. He's a very good listener, so people can talk and not feel like they aren't Really being heard. Enjoyed your video and look forward to the next one. 🫰💜💜💜

Suga is such a good interviewer because he is genuinely interested in his guests. I loved Suchwita and was sad when the last episode aired. I hope Suga will have additional seasons and I will definitely be watching reruns until that happens. Your analysis was so enjoyable.

I think I found another book to read - "The courage to be disliked". Nice touch on Adlerian Pyschology. I find Suga as geniunely curious and sincere when he throws his questions. And for that I think what makes him a better talk show host.

Thank you much for this great content, it always helps me to see things with a different perspective which helps me to improve myself in so many ways. I had always wondered why Jin was my bias and apart from his incredible voice which is so emotive that it warms my heart or his obvious incredible good looks. What has always drawn me to him was his personality and the fact that his viewpoint of life was so similar to mine. I had never heard of Adlerian psychology before so now I am keen to delve into it. I may learn something about my own personality and why I have often thought that I view things differently to many of my family and friends. I have never dwelt in the past and have little regard of what the future holds but I have always lived for here and now. It is probably why I have hardly felt stressed in my life. Thank you for this great content and how you always seem to teach me something new each content you produce. 💜

@@suekennedy1595 I think there is always one that you relate to the least. I think mine is probably Tae though I love his music there is something I can’t put my finger on that makes it harder for me to relate to him. I suppose at my age I am a silver army I relate the most to the Hyung line, though I love them all.💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

The mentions of the pen and paper were things that made me smile as I'm a pen and paper person with notebooks all over the place. I write notes, ideas, thoughts, questions, make lists, and write lyric's. When I write something I use pen and paper first then I use those notes due to having issues with dyslexia to then transfer them into Word documents where I re organise them into some kind of structure so that I come up with a more fluid piece which easier to re read, reference with correct spelling. My idea's and thoughts, feeling inspirations come often in very dis jointed way. Akin to wondering aimlessly around a park with catching things in the corner of my eye so I rush over to investigate only for something else to catch my eye so I might divert or make a mental note to check that out next. Disorganised chaos from which interesting things emerge.

I absolutely disagree that we "choose" to have trauma. People/events give that to you. That's how it is. We'd be robots if it didn't affect us. But as painful as it is, yes, it's our responsibility to heal if we want to live a happier and healthier life. It does take time, though.

I have to read the book to understand this trauma issue that “situation “ can totally affect your future and mental state. I should read it to understand more. And I think it’s awesome to pursue the paper and pencil item. I mean, it is natural or am I old (41). I don’t run to the computer for notes. I still pull out strips of paper for a phone number, or to write an important date. I just wrote the title of that book on a “post it”❤😂

I might need to look into Adlerian Psychology some more. I'm not sure I can get behind the "trauma is a choice" bit, but making the choice to remain traumatized rather than get help and work through it, I can. The body always remembers.

Sorry what you said about trauma is really wrong. Trauma is really different from bad experiences and failures you might encounter in a life. Even that, depending on where you come from, it is not that easy to deal with like if you had a toxic environment that destroyed your self worth. If we talk about traumatic events extremely serious and life changing that hv long lasting consequences on people’s psyche and you need professional help sometimes meds and lots of time to free yourself from it. Understanding and compassion are the keys I think. To digest your past can take a lot of work depending on what you are dealing with and the quality of the help you can get. All my respect to people dealing with mental health issues. But indeed Suga is an outstanding man and artist.

just to clarify that what I *referred to* about trauma wasn't my opinion. It came from Alfred Adler and Carl Jung. Austrian medical doctor-psychotherapist and Swiss psychiatrist-psychoanalyst respectively. I am not a psychologist. Their studies and psychology were the ones used in Map Of The Soul and also the ones referred to in the book Suga and Namjoon were reading, The Courage To Be Disliked. The definition of trauma you referred to came from Sigmund Freud. Just wanted to make clear that I am not creating my own definition of trauma.
