Hello Paul i dont have an opportunity to use a chin-bar/ barfics bar at My house to perform hanging exercise instead i am hanging to the upper side of the door just as hanging on a chin bar. Do think it Will give same affect as hanging on a chin bar? Please answer rob

Rob Paul so in summary if I continue to hanging on the upper side of the door, I”ll still be able to Maybe grow 1-2 centimeters in 2-3 months if not more along with some other stretching exercises?

Rob Paul ok rob but a last question then. How much should i perform the hanging exercise, with other words, how long should i spend by hanging by day, is it like 2 minutes, 3 minutes per day or how much should i hang on the door or pull- up bar?

@@mevlanxx175 Some people i saw claimed that after hanging they got spinal injury of a disc...I have 2 hernias and one doctor also told me not to do it, while the other was positive, so idk...I guess if you don't already have spinal issues it may be ok. Generally, hanging is something you can do throughout the day, morning, launch, evening, when you have some time. It is advised to relax all muscles and let gravity pull you down; I think you can do sessions of 10 minutes, including some rest.

Hi Rob, If I hold a measuring tape up to the top of my head and stand in front of a mirror is that an accurate way of measuring my height or could the fact that I’m stretching my arm to hold the measuring tape above my head make me shorter? Thx

If you’re serious, which I doubt… stand with your back against a wall, maybe in front of a mirror? With your rear, shoulders and head touching the wall. Use a pencil flat on the top of your head to mark a line on the wall. Use a tape measure to measure up the wall from the floor to the line. It’s the only way to do it somewhat accurately by yourself.

What is his shoe size. That's a sign not necessarily a determinationsln of height. Even Ryan Reynolds at 6'1", about only has a shoe size of 10.5. While, James Rowday Rodreguez at 5' 10" wears a size 12. US. Even the late Bill Paxton was at at 5' 10.5" wore 14s!

Maybe US 13-13.5, but I find guessing shoe size more tricky than height!
