I was 19/20 at this one job, and I became REALLY good friends with this 47 year old who’s been with the company for 10 years. The only real one that never switched on that job 👌🏾💯

One thing new hire dont know... Old heads dont bestow that knowledge to just anyone he is being blessed with the handbook.

Real talk. I'm the oldhead, and I peep out a young buck for a minute before I give him the game. The oldheads learn over time not to waste our breath on just any youngster because I know half of them won't be around in 30 days. So if you got a true oldhead schooling you, he's looking out for a reason cause he sees some potential in you. Not just in the current job you're at either, but listen closely and you will learn some basic principles to carry with you in life period.
