At a recent doctor's appointment, I felt compelled by my inner guidance to complement the young man (a total stranger) checking me in on his beautiful speaking voice, mentioning that I bet he was a singer. I never do things like this. He got all shy, then smiled, and admitted that he did sing. We talked about how singing lifts our spirits and the spirits of those around us. He spontaneously began humming -- beautifully -- and I said, "See, I knew you were a singer." He said, "I have goose bumps! You made my day. Thank you." A week or so ago I saved a plant from the bargain shelf at a local store, it gave me so much joy that I returned to see if there were any left but alas they were all gone. I started to keep my eyes open for the same plant elsewhere, hoping to find it on other clearance aisles with no luck. Today I took my bike out to do a few quick errands and decided to drop off some things at the recycle center, so ended up with an extra bag in my rucksack. Little did I know I was going to need it because five minutes down the way I almost cycled over the exact same plant, roots and all, which had literally fallen from the sky. ;) The promenade I cycled along has a lot of hanging baskets perched way up atop poles and this one had somehow fallen out haha. It was so beautiful and full of flowers, I quickly made use of the extra bag i brought with me to pick it all up and take it home. It's a bit of a win win, I saved it from the compost heap and got that plant I was really wanting so much :) I've been giving thanks to Mother earth every morning when I wake recently, so it feels like a gift directly from her. Yes! I feel so guided. I found myself in situations I was in years ago but instead of repeating them I’m able to pause in awareness and move forward and out of those old situations! No more repeating cycles :) I detect how someone can try to get a certain reaction from me for them to assert a dominance and a lower status from me, instead of playing into that I assert dominance and indifference back. (And keep my interactions short :) ) Someone I was considering a friend gave me the cold shoulder. Instead of dismissing it and looking past it and continuing to show up for them I have cut the chord myself. Instead of being someone’s beck and call when they’re hot and cold with me, I see things for what they are and stop seeing them. I deserve love ❤️ There’s been too many times where I try and try the same thing in relationships but now I see it doesn’t work. I have a mindset of abundance knowing that someone who cares about me and what I have to say is going to treat me with respect and love ! ❤ Thank you Sonia

Yes I've become awakened April 25th of this year and ever since then I can feel immense amount of energy. I've been learning how to manipulate the energy and I have been guided on creating a meditation that cures depression, anxiety, anger, and trauma for others. I'm 26/26 in my results but unfortunately people won't give it a chance. I understand though as that is the standard for a world full of people that choose to be dormant. I feel like I was a completely different person before all this. Like my entire life was on auto pilot and I wasn't actually here. Instead of hating the world for trauma from back then now I embrace it to create strength. I realize that those people who were mean were only projecting that onto the world because they themselves were dealing with trauma. It's a never ending cycle of trauma and hate until people see the truth and how enlightenment is the answer to world peace. I've always "seen" energy, auras, spirits-"heard" spirit guide, passed loved ones, 5D music, 5D sound.-felt energy of people, places, things. At 14 years old, I began reading cards. Around 20 years old, I started astrotraveling, lucid dreaming, and intuively Reiki healing. In the past 6 yrs or so, these gifts have gotten so much stronger. I have to "Light Cocoon" when around others. Definitely sensitivity to energy is heightened (need to earth ground myself more frequently), synchronicity is off the charts (very predictable and Matrix-like), law of attraction is manifesting much quicker. Thanks. I'd describe what I've been experiencing recently, since I decided to really forgive those who I felt had wronged me, as "home". Things had been accelerating over the past 6 months or so leading up to this "home" feeling, and I felt increasingly more and more in touch. But the "home" feeling is different than anything I've ever experienced before. It feels really divine, like Sisyphus FINALLY getting the rock to the top of the hill!! I could see how and why I'd chosen my parents and my life events and I was profoundly at peace. Everything finally made sense. (And to demonstrate just how much of an impact this made, beyond just an intellectual conceptualization, a song that had comforted me for over 50 years, Blind Faith's "Can't Find My Way Home", now fell flat -- because I AM home! It's still a nice tune, but it holds no magic for me any more.) Then...as with most layers of the onion...the thrill subsided somewhat and I felt like I was looking out onto a large empty field, with trees in the background. It raised the inevitable question: What now? LOL. Whatever I want. (NOTE: I think the fact that I'm 68 and retired contributes to my freedom to really explore my current situation fully.)

lol i have been sayhing for years that vegan is not right, i did a program of 60-70 % vegan and cut out all my sweets and my health went ballistic and i dropped 40 lbs in three months but my wife bitched about how different i looked so i went back to western diet and put my weight back on for her but i should have just let it be but one needs a mixture of vegan and meat to get the proper nutrition from all he research i have done,

Our beef is raised in my pasture, so I know it's clean. Today I bit into an apple and could smell permethrin in it, which is a common pesticide. Now I want to switch to organic where feasible. I'm so disappointed in our food. Wish I had more time and energy for a larger garden. Best of luck to you on your journey!

The one thing veganism has over other diets is the best marketing department ;). The amount of wildlife killed by the mass clearing of land for grains, soy, etc far surpasses that of humanely raised and fed herds. Not to mention they replenish the soil. And red meat doesn’t raise cholesterol - big health myth. Also, we need cholesterol to build hormones. All reinforcements to trust your intuition and listen to your body 💫💕

I was reading my daughter a book and on a certain page I felt her energy, instantly I knew she was going to ask a certain question. Our shadow self is the part we keep hidden from the world. It's the part of us that we're ashamed of or afraid of. However, it's essential to become aware of our shadow self so that we can heal it. We feel a sense of peace and confidence when we align with our intuition. We know we're on the right path, and everything will be okay. I'm going to tell you a phenomenon which is barely known by the population but it's a physical proof of humanity spiritual evolution. Humans are getting younger! Yes, you've heard it right. People have notice that a 18 years-old girl from today looks a lot younger than a 18 years-old girl from decades ago. There are videos about this subject here on KZbin and it's mind blowing. But it's deeper than that. People from all ages look younger today than people of the same age decades ago. I'm 41 and people say I don't this age look at all. People always say I'm kinda 30. That's a very interesting subject to bring up.

I have never really been interested but a few years ago I felt like I had to learn to play the piano and then the cello. I took lessons for a few years and then COVID hit. I have meditated my whole adult life on an off. I'm recently working out of a bad depressive period. A little over a week ago, I started with Shamaninc Journeys. I have since met my guides, and I got to say a proper goodbye to a good friend. And then at the end of this video you described the feeling I had from a dream a few days ago. My guide told me I'm not ready to receive her teachings. I will keep working, and hopefully, I will be ready soon!

This is wonderful! Lately I can see through situations and people. I am in a new transition which I am paying attention to. When certain people I know or meet I can read them clearly and I can tell if someone is in truth or not, I can tell when even people are desperate for attention almost drama queens. ❤thank you for your knowledge I am glad I found you. Oh my goodness! Thanks for these words Sonia. I live, retired, on our farm in New Zealand and today I went for my walk over the hills and noticed a ewe, close to lambing, who was looking at me intently as she moved closer towards me. I stopped and found myself giving her a message from Gaia about how all is going to be well and how beautiful she is etc. I’m familiar with giving the animals my love but this was different !

Bingo, spot on! 😊 Arrived on your video at the right moment. I'm an empath, intuitive, lightworker, wayshower, music therapist and unemployed... 😮 After 4 1/2 years of healing physically, mentally spiritually all overlaping with my awakening, I'm finally starting a job that will help pay my accumulated debts. It's a call center position that will help me get by and practice my human relations skills even though I don't feel the excitement that I should have. Then again, I' still healing from therapy. For now, I feel it to be the right choice. This job will help me get by until our collective ascension. Then after that, nothing will matter on this 3D ... I'll be in 5D on Blessed Gaïa or ascended elsewhere, maybe back home to my galactic family! 😅 Thanks again for your words of wisdom. ✨️💖✨️
