I don't know about you but I find that my patellar tendopathy has altered the way I move (and perhaps has made rehab more difficult) - have you had a similar experience? It's more so when I walk around the house than say, when I have a kick about with mates which is a more novel movement for me. I'm definitely gonna give this a go!
