Not a Philly or Snake Fan, just a Big Baseball Fan. Very good video report with excellent insight. However, the pithing Diamondback turn around occurred after game five. That's how long it took the Diamondbacks to STOP throwing Fastballs to Schwarber, Harper, Turner and Castellanos. All are DEAD RED Fastball hitters. Throw them a Fastball in the strike zone and it's going to get CRUSHED! Conversely, throw them Off Speed Breaking Stuff and Sliders away. They turn into WIFFERS. Worse than that, the Phillies were a ONE TRICK PONY offense, Homerun or Bust. Good hitting teams have a plan B attack when Homeruns are scarce. It's called playing LITTLE BALL. The Diamondback could play it, the Phillies could NOT. Once again, the Analytics of the Superior Homerun attack LOST in a post season series. All because SMART Pitching always Trumps the Homerun attack.

Last time Dbacks won the World Series, i was just a newborn baby from Phx AZ, now im 22 years old and finally get to see my team play for the chip

Going into the season they also robbed the Blue Jays of Moreno and Gurriel for Varsho. Every move the Diamondbacks have made looks like pure genius. Even with Longoria not really performing, it was smart to have a vet there.

Also worth a mention, they scooped Merrill Kelly out of the damn KBO and he put up All-Star worthy numbers this year.
