@ukrainefighter2456 It's true! But you have to retain for some months. When I retained for 4 months last year everyone was looking at me differently and I was getting so many compliments from both genders 😄 A big noticeable change is the eyes. They are looking so much clearer and sparkling!

I've been on Sr over 2.5 years after some time I stop keeping track,, it's been a fascinating journey and very challenging, I believe by facing the challenges makes you stronger, sometimes you feel stuck but it's just having patience with your self and trusting yourself,, you start feeling others energy this is when you'll have to start making choices.
