Both are concepts and you are far superior ( not saying that word in an Ego centric way but to illustrate my point) than any concepts!! Only once you get past these concepts your “semen retention” achievements will be happening spontaneously and you won’t even be aware of it, or see it as any type of victory!

@CharlieBrooks-tk3no the feeling of exhilaration needs to be transcended. That good feeling means you are still stuck to the body and mind and craving a pat on the back from some invisible source!! You ARE that invisible source only you are identifying with a feeble body and mind that is helpless to the act of semen ejaculation or retention! Once you cross that boundary of Ego then this “feeling good about retention” or “the act of retention” will become secondary and much smaller ( like a businessman who has grown his business to larger avenues and doesn’t care about his small stuff anymore) . What you are is far Superior (not using this word in an Ego Centric manner but just to illustrate my point) and above what the body and mind is busy doing. Once you are able to merge with what you are, which is the consciousness, these acts of “retention” will be happening spontaneously and by itself and you won’t even be aware of them or any place any merits or demerits in them!

This one practice of many, called renunciation. To use as a interpersonal energy source. Its a practice for the advanced practitioner. @@user-pi1rz2hx9f I’ll be honest.. the only “technique” I would say that I use is emotion..sitting in lotus position,I channel the feeling of pure love .. I do a few simple exercises with my eyes,back and forth,left to right(eyes closed) focus on the pineal or spot between but just above the eyes,breathing to pull up the sexual energy that I’m simultaneously building while doing all those things,keeping my back straight,continuous deep breathing,almost “too fast” but slowly and calmly.. It was maybe my 3rd time EVER meditating that I felt absolute magic.. I walked around feeling like a god,for several days.. I didn’t know what was happening in the meditation so I stopped,probably before it was over so I think I missed out. I also went deep into my mind,to a time of horrible emotional abuse. I could’ve went back to the age of 13 but I went deeper.. I felt,remembered things that I couldn’t believe ..it was like time traveling..seriously. I don’t understand but I was concentrating on all of these things at the same time..don’t ask me how 🤷‍♂️ But here’s what’s absolutely INSANE.. my 18 year old cat was on his deathbed,he even left to go die outside somewhere..I found him one day,laying in the rain,in a mud puddle.. I picked him up,prayed for him,now he’s gained most of his weight back and is back in the house.. 🤷‍♂️

That is normal, you just had overstimulation, be strong, take cold showers and have long walks in the forest or take a run, make yourself exhaust so you won´t even think about doing it, feed your mind and not your lust. I was about 3 months in and had a breakthrough, experienced a DMT trip in my sleep. Then you will feel like you are on drugs in a good way, awakened and like a new born being. Also what helped me is that semen is actually blood cells also, that means you are losing a bit of your blood cells and bone mass, just think about it and you don´t want it again. Beating lust might be the hardest battle a man has to face. It´s like fighting a dragon to reveal your true inner self, basically you tame your inner beast.

You have to relapse if you feel pain coz you doing it wrong, in order not to have pain again you have to control your dirty thoughts and Block them, SR start with controling your mind. Running, cold shower ext.. Dosent help much while you think naughty. I hope you got me right english is not my native language.

I think i understand that semen is your life force so not having as much sex /love making to the point of ejaculating when you both climax has huge potential biological and spiritual benefits for both partners. It helps in your longevity and vitality through your lifespan by retaining your semen and through meditation and physical exercise or yoga promotes your mind, body and soul. I do not as yet practise what is preached but understand how benefiting these practices are.

We should research in usage of semen in agriculture. Semen is a viable fertilizer because of a high energy content that goes "beyond the physical".
