This entire country got pushed through "no touch torture". For the definition and the requirements of the definition go to Amnesty International. The after effects of "no touch torture", are similar but different from regular torture. During regular torture, you know who your enemy is. You usually know "why" they are doing it and you know when it ends. You know you survived. So there is, after a period of mourning/grieving what you used to be like, what your life used to be like, a desire to overcome, recover and find a way to go on with your life. With "no touch torture", you don't always realise what is happening to you, who is doing it or how to respond. There is no target for your anger, just a generalized sense of being overwhelmed, kept off balance, never knowing when the next hit will come...an anger that has no one specific to be angry at in the beginning. Although there appears to be a multitude of possible persons/agencies, that too, becomes overwhelming. You can't pinpoint exactly when it started or stopped, or sometimes if it is still going on. There is no way to process what happened because the who, why and what are still muddled in a type of coverup with a hidden agenda. If someone armed broke into your house and robbed you, you could identify the "what happened", "who did it" and "why you feel the way you do." But your house wasn't robbed... YOU WERE! Eventually, the anger will come out. Right now you are still stuffing it. It has nowhere to go. This is also what contributes to PTSD. When you start going through those stages of grief, you will come out the otherside. Go do your homework.

Please also invite the author of the book "the Shallows," Nicholas Carr. I think he explains how computers actually put us into Stage 1, zombie mode and also explains how, through neuro down-regulation, once we go there we don't just climb out. Great interview clip, thank you. The Shallows also explains how we lose our working memory because of internet-computer technology. In my understanding it supports this interview completely.

Read up on Edward Bernay’s at least the synopsis of his books, the government and big corporations hired him for his ability then they gathered the top psychiatrists and told them to study his work and then expand on it over time well that’s a hundred years of this being deployed on people… a bunch of twisted people and they recently took out NPD as a disorder… make no mistake truly Npd people always mess with other peoples along with Bpd,sadists, sociopath etc, study up on the tactics or “ red flags “ of these so called “ personality disorders “…. Actually learning about how they act will always be helpful to you and any other people and yes sometimes you may actually have people in your life with these traits.
