I’m surprised you neglected to use the 1999 Rhino soundtrack source (not the same as the 1966 album) which is devoid of any sound effects and is exactly the same as the TV soundtrack. It would be much easier to edit that since it only includes Boris’ dialogue overtop. It also includes the original 1666 broadcast Sponsor music for the Full Service Banks, which is also missing here, footage of which can be found on the internet archive.

I listened to the 1999 version and it's close but it doesn't match exactly. It wasn't recorded by the MGM Orchestra and Chorus (as was the 1966 version). It was a sound-a-like 30 years later.
