In a visitation of the Lord I had in 2010, I was directed to use the KJV my mother gave me before she passed. The Alexandrian manuscript bibles are badly corrupted. The Geneva 1599 is good because it also uses the Byzantine manuscript.

I am an Italian (with Slovenian heritage and roots at the north east border of Italy), I will never cease to thank God for having granted me the outmost privilege to become - _listen!, listen!_ - a KJV-Onlyist. Reading any other English 'Bible' is a sufferance for me now. It is realy true that all other perversions are the blasphemy of the Devil on the KJV. As increasingly more people like to disfigure their bodies with tattoes, so the Devil "tattoed" the King James AV 1611 (and I think this is something more than a literary, poetical comparison). *Praise eternal to our wonderful God who decided to become our friend in order to die for us!!!!.......* (Ever thought why Jesus said those things about becoming friend?... And why Abraham _became_ the friend of God?... I think this is the best way to attack the denial of the deity of Christ by the sects and persuasions which deny the AV 1611)

Many years ago I got involved in checking out the differences on the many newer bibles and what I found was that contrary to what people say about the different texts they might have come from the majority of New bibles are really just a King James Bible rewritten with Thesaurus in hand to help find new words in changing it just enough to get a copyright on it. A great example being if you study Genesis 6 on youtube videos you will hear Genesis 6 recited in every version possible and they all say exactly the same thing with key words changed. Many of the newer bibles are indeed owned by people that may not even be christian. As shown here many things that are important are purposely left out, or altered in ways to change their meaning. Churches are not only buying bibles that are teaching the wrong thing, they are putting money into the coffers of evil people. King James Bible has no copyright.

So the Bibles in other languages are no good? KJV is an English-only bible. My Bible is a South Afrikan Bible; I also have the Tanak and the NT in Aramanic and Koine Greek. These aren't any good? They came first and not the KJV. The KJV is an excellent reference bible and is a standard in English.
@privatepilot4064
@privatepilot4064 10 ай бұрын
You have to understand some things. Older manuscripts are not necessarily better manuscripts. Why? Because manuscripts that were reliable were used and worn out and had to be continually copied. Older manuscripts are generally older because they were not considered reliable and were not used, so they didn’t get worn out. And also there are two streams of manuscripts, the manuscripts that the King James came from and the manuscripts that all the new versions came from. 45 years ago I used and defended the New American Standard, you remind me of myself then. I was offended when someone told me it wasn’t God’s Word. So I set out to prove them wrong. Guess what? I know now beyond a shadow of a doubt that that King James Bible IS God’s Word for English speaking people. And that other linguistic translations should be derived from it. I studied this for 5 years, this was before the internet, so much of my studies were done in libraries. I was seeking like God tells us to and He showed me. If God didn’t show me this, then who did? I still have that NAS “bible” as a reminder. I also noticed how Christians use Strong’s Condordance to correct God’s Word. God’s Word is greater than Strong’s Concordance and it should only be utilized as a reference rather than an absolute authority. I don’t believe that the King James Bible is a “version” of God’s Word, I believe it IS God’s Word translated into English at a time when English would be spoken worldwide. Search it out for yourself. But search it out objectively. Best wishes my Friend.

If you really are concerned about translations, I would argue that you learn Hebrew and Greek because a lot of Hebrew/greek words cannot be translated to 1 to 1. One Hebrew word requires at least 5 or more English words to be accurately translated. No English version would be enough even if u put them together. What if I’m Chinese or Russian or Asian , do I get an twisted version bcoz it’s not kjv? Truth is: It’s the Holy Spirit that inspires regardless of version or language u use. The letter kills but Spirit giveth life. Many KJV Bible readers are in hell now bcoz they don’t personally know the Word Person named Jesus.

Excellent sermon preacher man. It's the little things that gets them. They changed to "modern English" to make it easier to read, supposedly. But the King James has T words and Y words. The T words, thee thou thine are always singular. The Y words, you your Ye are always plural. John 3, Nicodemus asks a question while Jesus is talking to the crowd, "Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again." Thee is singular indicating he is talking directly to Nicodemus. BUT then the Ye is plural indicating he turned to the whole crowd. But the new bibles just say you on everything so you don't know if it's singular or plural. "Marvel not that I said unto you, you must be born again." Son, you got to have a King James just to look up every you in the new bibles just to see. Easier to understand???? NOPE!

One great thing about reading the NT is to see the words of Jesus, or the things that are being done and then seeing in OT the prophecy of what's been said would come to pass. Ex: Luke 23, "They cast lots", to then be reminded by the spirit where that was written in the OT and understand with Authority the fulfillment of what's being said , as to what's been written in the Past and its purpose, as well as the importance of this, in turn being a sign of His being the one spoken of (He is the one they talked about in the OT). Calvinist for example cannot see this connection because they have changed wording to fit their knowledge (they in error seek the words that best suits the knowledge of the day) and in doing so have wiped out the true reason for it being stated the way it was in the first place. They make the bible only read Physically as any other book and remove spiritual truth in the process. It's almost like the spiritually blind want to understand spiritual things so they look within themselves for the answers and find Only error that they call and interpret as truth. Where (once the words been changed) No longer can be seen in the OT as symbolic of Truth but just another man's writings. Does that make sense? The point is, when you change things, it affects the Bible as a whole, in the sense that if it did not say "Lots" than you would not see in OT that Jesus was the one whose Clothes would be lotted out (you don't know its Jesus whom they spoke about).. Thank you for this study brother, may God continue to bless and watch over both you and your family. To change the words is to keep the Mystery of the OT a mystery still in the New. Thats dangerous!

How can you say the Father is not the Creator? Creation is the work of the Triune God. It is even said that the Spirit moved there in Genesis 1. All Persons of the Godhead are active and involved according to their "office" they exercise in those works (like "Word"). The same is true in Salvation. The Father Saves. The Son saves. The Spirit Saves. Each has a role in their harmonious works.

@@nicholasgeorge7825 My "pay grade" is the inheritance of Christ and being an heir of Jesus Christ who owns the cattle on a thousand hills and in whom is the fount of all wisdom. The bible does speak of the son of God in the Book of Psalms, but as prophecy of when he would be born in Bethlehem's manger. Then after the ascension to heaven, the son of God is still the terminology alluding to Christ Jesus. But by this God expects us to reference the son of God's life while in the flesh. There is no Eternal son, but the eternal Father God has as his offspring the members of the body of Christ in the earth who have their treasures in earthen vessels.

Today's KJV is not as it recently was. The kjv bible ( all editions ) once had excellent grammar including sentence structure, spelling and capitalization. Today the formerly majestic and gold standard English version is a crime scene of errors and confusion. Today and tomorrow is now divided into 2 words. The sentences are choppy and often confused. These claims are clear and verifiable. The Holy Spirit will confirm. Blessings and wisdom through humility and the fear of The Adonai. - Bryan ( sober and alert )

The Greek word "dia" is translated as "by" when showing Jesus is creator, but "dia" is translated as "through" when we have redemption with the blood of Christ, so the KJV translators used both "by" and "through" for the Greek word "dia" which can mean both "by" and "through". So how do you explain this?

While I do use the KJV most of the time, there are problems with it. Not with the word itself but with mans attempt at translating it. Some of the verbage used could be translated batter. For instance Take up your cross and follow me. Could be better translated take up your walking stick and walk as I walked. This speaking of Yeshua / Jesus. When translated this way it makes other scriptures more clear. For instance the scripture that says He who says he abides in him (Yeshua) ought himself to walk just as he walked. Also the original Scriptures had no punctuation in them, so when man puts punctuation in if he puts a comma, or period or some other form of punctuation in a spot where it isn't supposed to be then you can cause a wrong teaching to be taught. I do believe this to be the case in some instances in Scripture.

I like to show people the Cryptography in different bibles. For 30 years bible thumpers told me Six hundred Three score Six had to do with satan. One day a college professor said a computer could not calculate numbers like they were doing with a #2 pencil. With a little basic sin tax I came up with the mathematical formula of $A$B, $B$C, $C$A... use 9 dollars, 9 dimes, and 9 cents. You must place a minimum of 1 of each on the table. The number of dollars cannot be equal to the number of dimes and pennies. So $1.23=6 and $4.56=15[1+5=6] and $7.89=24[2+4=6] the sum of six returns 60 times using that logical syntax. Only the sum of 6 returns in three columns. I did a video last year on the array found in 1 Kings 10:13 & 2 Chronicles 9:14 spoken about in Revelations 13:18... like a mans name (first)(middle)(last)...talents was currency back then. Took my electronic bean counter less than 4 seconds to find 504 valid combinations on the table. If you print out the array you'll see a pattern with multiples of 6. Like the row counts are 6,6,12,18,24,30,42,42,48,48,48,42,42,30,24,18,12,6,6... 6+48+6=60. While the sum of 7 returns 6+48, 8 is 12+42, 9 is 18+42. Notice the multiple of 6×6 is missing? When you sum 1 to 36 the sum is 666. [(1)×(1)] to [(6)×(6)] at casino's the 777 is about 1+6,2+5,3+4 the six combinations of 7 on a pair of dice.

Agreed! Errors also appear in Isaiah 9:3; Titus 2:13, and 2 Peter 1:1, for example. And why did the KJV translators include marginal notes (even in the 1611) if this had been a “perfect” translation?

@@michaelsinger2921 I agree I am also concerned that later translations of the KJV removed many books of the bible that were originally in the 1611. Why? I have done research and the books they removed actually line up with other scripture. I know some people say that these books contradict other scriptures but I disagree. I think that maybe your interpretation of of certain scriptures makes the contradiction, but if you have the right interpretation then it will not contradict. I have heard it said that 20 different people can read a scripture and come up with 20 different interpretations. This is true. However they probably have 20 different wrong interpretations. In the end there is only one interpretation that matters and that is YHWH'S/God's interpretation. People always say how do you know when you have YHWH'S interpretation? When the interpretation you have does not contradict any other scripture in the bible you have YHWH'S interpretation. Shalom my friend.

They interpret the Greek word "dia" to mean "through" but these articles of speech can be interpreted amny ways. "Daia" is an article that is often translated "for"(as in "because of"). Rom. 4:25 - Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification. He was delivered up "because of" our offenses (dia) and was raised "because of" our justification (because we were justified in His crucifixion). The other meaning of "for" is "in order to" or "for the purpose of". That Greek word is eis". Acts 2:38 - Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ FOR the remission of sins... But dia is also translated "by" and now, "through". "By" is a better word because it's clearer. "Through" is ambiguous (which is why they want to use that translation). All things were created "through" Him begs the question, "What do you mean, 'Through'?" It's there to purposely confuse the reader. Dia can be translated "By", which is much clearer. But articles are like that. The Greek word "en" is usually translated "in" but is also translated "by" in the KJV. The verse in Ephesians (I think) is the perfect example of this, where it says, "All things were created IN Him." The word "en" here in Ephesians gets translated "by" in the KJV but ordinarily, it is translated "in".

In the Old Latin manuscripts and versions as the Gothic Bible we can see that they had essentially the same text of the TR without the omissions of the Alexandrian texts like Vaticanus and Sinaiticus.... Moreover well before the date of Vaticanus and Sinaiticus (if we believe the date given them by the "scholars", first half of the the IV century), we have the presence of the same readings (same passages even if differently worded) that are the crucial ones in the AV 1611, for example the Johannine Comma "for there are three that testify in heaven...." etc. The "church fathers" are witnesses of the same type of passages and readings of the Textus Receptus and hence of the AV 1611. Of course those texts didn't match perfectly the Bible (AV 1611), but they can be considered the "disciples" of the "Jesus", Jesus being the AV 1611. For this reason it is necessary also the manifestation of the corrupted 'bibles', ASV, NRSV, NIV, NKJV, etc. Exactly like after Jesus would come false Christs and false prophets, after the AV 1611 they came the false 'bibles', those corrupted texts coming from Vaticanus and Sinaiticus and many other pieces of ancient garbage of the Devil, to create the false Christs and prophets of the RSV, NRSV, ASV, NKJV, etc.

Sister the Septuagint is the Greek version of the Hebrew Bible. It predates the New Testament. In fact, it predated any known Hebrew text until the Dead Sea Scrolls Isaiah was discovered after WW2. There's no need for suspicions: Jesus and Paul quote the Septuagint! You ought to suspect King James onlyism however.

@@nicholasgeorge7825 the Septuagint is a blend from Vaticanus and Sinaiticus and ALexandrinus. Jews would have never tolerated the sacred writings to be expressed for their use in Greek, tha language of the heathen. The Septuagint has been created after the completion of the NEW Testament, stealing from it quotes of the OT which had some differences from the original text in ancient Hebrew, and inserted dishonestly in the Greek text of the OT, in order to make you believe that the Greek OT is more faithful to the original than the Masoretic. Bro Daniel authored a booklet where he debunks the Septuagint being the "true text". He compares it with the writings of the Mormons, who inserted quotes from the NT in their supposed ancient Scriptures in order to make believe the gullible that Paul quoted their writings.... The same for that crap called the "Septuaginta".
