Native reserves and Native Gangs are extremely involved in production and especially distribution of the end products. Its an epidemic on the Canadian side of the Border.

I lived in the RGV in 1989-90, and what she says is true. Because of the culture and economic model that is more feudalistic than anything, the cartels in Mexico more closely r3semble the Sicilian mafia and organized crime in the US in the 1950s and 1960s.
