How the magic happens at custom cans

Here is a quick video to show you how we make a basic design on some headphones.
As you can imagine on some of the more complex designs we have done they take a lot more work and time to produce.
This vid shows roughly 4 days of work as there are quite long drying periods between some of the layers

It was all mixed live on vinyl at J's vodka bar in cheltenham - unfortunately it was free drinks for me so some of the mixes are a bit off. I am dyslexic and recognise all of my records by the picture on the front or their position in my box so don't know the actual names of any of the tracks - please don't ask - I could probably telly you something like it is a green one with a big affro on it but no more than that ;)

Working on those at the moment - they take ages as to get it to work on a curved surface we have to mask off each leopard spot individually and then carefully remove them afterwards without scratching the paint - it takes a looooong time ;)

Hi Jason thanks for the helpful video. I have an amperior set but I could not pop the driver out of the cups. Do you know how to take the drivers out of an amperior?
