I can relate very well to what Gregory is talking about when he speaks on stress, less stress in the Philippines compared to living in the states.

Philippines is such a nice place and less expensive for dollar earner since it stretches a lot in pesos. Just imagine for only $600 you can build a house. Too bad that guy he tried to help was not even thankful and ended up demanding for more. Sorry man sometimes people don’t even think right and taking advantage. Just right for you to leave him alone and move on. Enjoy your life and God bless you. Watching here from California. I’m a Filipina, planning to visit my home in Manila soon.

I can honestly say that even with all the quirks of the Philippines... It is a magical place with a magical people. I make a good Filipino at heart, I am late everywhere I go. 🤣🤣🤣 Nobody gets in a hurry. I don't know where he went that was very clean but good for him. The people of the Philippines make it awesome. It is what America used to be, a place for everyone

I agree. The Philippines is very low key low stress country. I came at age 45 and no regrets. I actually earn pesos here and live on my income here. It doesn't take a lot to have a great life here.
@RogerIsmiVlogs2 жыл бұрын
Exactly, very low key.

I absolutely agree with him in this matter I know it's filipino culture , I feel like culturally we rely on one member of family who ever can support financially to help instead of individually working on building in establishing your future. But I feel like filipino's are just happy with simple life!!!

Reasons for moving to Thailand 1. Low crime compared to the the United States 2. Price of living compared to the United States 3. The weather 4. More peaceful than the United States 5 people there seem more genuinely kind to each other especially compared to the United States 6. The food looks delicious 7. The outdoors 8. You can actually feel apart of a community
@hellisgood6662 жыл бұрын
Wouldn't say safer or low crime because I live in a safe community in America like most Americans despite what the news portrays most of us don't commit crimes lol like the Philippines the poor and middle class commit most crimes which makes sense buy that's a minority of the people in these neighborhoods

I think about 50.000 for a good house .... but when you have no family it's better to buy a apartment because you can't buy a place for your house as foreigner. That is what I heard.....
@ronnelacido17112 жыл бұрын
You cannot buy land as foreigner. You can only lease it for 25 years, extendible for another 25 years.

I can honestly say that I really appreciate this and info. Some day I would love to visit the Philippines. My main concern would be the weather like Hurricane/Typhoon season. But other than that, that's it. I've worked with a few people from the Philippines (Cebu) and they are real cool people, very humble and always encouraged me when I had a bad day, always had me laughing.

Typhoons and natural disasters probably shaped Filipinos the way they are now. Getting humbled by nature every now and then makes you remember what is important in life. Filipinos are very laid-back people, family oriented, accepting and religious, traits that you see in a community whenever there is a calamity.
