The main thing it changed was recorded in Esther 8 Est 10:3 For Mordecai the H3064 יְהוּדִי yehûdı̂y yeh-hoo-dee' Patronymic from H3063; a Jehudite (that is, Judaite or Jew), or descendant of Jehudah (that is, Judah): Est 8:17 And in every province, and in every city, whithersoever the king's commandment and his decree came, the Jews had joy and gladness, a feast and a good day. And many of the people of the land became Jews; for the fear of the Jews fell upon them. A group of Babylonians and Persians declared themselves to be Yehoodee. They were not, but they usurped the title inorder to save their own hides. They returned with the house of Judah to Jerusalem and began taking over the politics of Jerusalem and Yehoodee. The are NOT and never will be of Jacob but they have caused horrific distress to this world.

So wait, this is a first time I heard of this considering the Persians weren't scared an iota of the Jews, but if let's say it's true and they became part of the Jews, then are you saying these dudes because a corrupt force from 530 BC until 33 AD? This is the prophesy about Messiah which was fulfilled Isaiah 53:4-12 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.

I don't know, everytime I read the whole thing not just Isiah 53 it comes of an allegory for Zion itself. Just following up to 54 and it's entirely about Israel " no weapon that is fashioned against you shall succeed, and you shall confute every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD and their vindication from me, declares the LORD.""
