Even at the time, I didn't understand why the media wasn't talking about the fact that the Secretary of State of FL was also Bush's FL campaign manager. That's probably going to be more substantial than any case of fraud or glitches, TBH. We'll see what happens. 2020 and 2000 are Apples and Oranges. There’s a HUGE difference between 900/500 votes and over 50,000/10,000. (At current count) Recounts will not change anything. Even in 2000, Bush won Florida by 900 votes, then STILL won by 500 votes. You only need to win by 1 vote to win.

This video has so many incorrect facts!! The Supreme Court ruled that the recount violated the 14th Amendment by a vote of 7 - 2, not 5 - 4!! In fact, the vote that ended up as 5 - 4 was the vote which ruled that there wasn't enough time to accurately hold a recount and still have the State of Florida use the "Safe Harbor" provision of the law, thus ending the recount and deciding the election.

For those of you watching in 2020: this might happen again, but even worse. Here’s why: With the sad death of RBG, there is an opening in the Supreme Court. Trump will Likely attempt to nominate a new member of the court quickly, but there is a good number of moderate republicans in the senate that may not approve before the election. This means there may still be a vacancy. In this coming election, many people are suspecting a close election with unsure results, due to the fact that they are all mail-in ballots. Therefore, we could end up with crucial swing states that are too close to call and very controversial. If we go to the Supreme Court again to decide the election, we might get a tied 4-4 deadlock situation. The court is technically 5-3 conservative after the death of Ginsburg, but Roberts has proven to be a moderate who can swing either way. If this happens, the entire country could be forced into a situation we have never seen. Only time will tell.
