I think he's saying the opposite of what hypofrontality is. You are hypofrontal when you are distracted and reacting to distractions. A lot of emotive/marketing words that he doesn't explain. A "pharmacy of mastery". OK what EXACTLY does this mean? It sounds great. Too bad we don't know what it is and he probably doesn't either.
