Robin Sharma, my inspiration for the last 12 years. I've read every one of your books and attended a speaking event when you were in my hometown. It was there that I got you to sign my collection of books. I just want to express my deepest sincere gratitude for all that you've taught me over the years. These mastery lessons for every area of my life helped me through my 5 years in prison. I went in a better person than the former and came out even stronger because of the life lessons I learnt from you. I am indeed still an avid fan and look forward to plenty more . Blessings and Gratitude Irene

What I learnt from this mastery session: 0:38 Energy is more valuable than even your intelect 1:07 Without the execution energy to set your big dreams done, nothing happens. THE 4 METHODS SUPERSTARS USE TO PROTECT THEIR ENERGY 1. 2:10 The twin cycles of elite performance *. It is not how long your work that makes you lead the field. It is the quality of your genius that you bring to your hours. *. Don't work like a marathoner, work like sprinter. It means work in Intense and focus energy, and then pull back for recover. And then come back and working another intense, burst of greatest work all in, and then recover. 2. 6:47 Rest *. The real key to a great morning routine is a superb night rituals. *. No technology an hour before sleep. *. Sleep without any technology. *. Sleep in little bit cold bedroom. *. Hot bath before sleep. *. Make list of three great things happened during the day to induce gratitude before sleep. 3. 10:40 The trinity of radiant vitality *. Exercise (stretching, weights, 2ww, cardio) *. Nutrition (real food, suplement, fasting, hydration) *. Recovery (rest, massage, nature, fun, meditation) 4. 17:40 Joy is a GPS *. Bring people who fuel joy to life and let go energy vampires. *. Do the pursuits that fuel joy. *. Go to places that fuel joy. Thanks, Robin. 😊🙏

This is 1000% true, i tried to help every one on the office and left me no energy to do big things for my self. We need to protect our energy its not work harder..., to produce the best quality of work we need to have proper recovery not much but sufficient quality

Robin, Your videos are Poetry in motion. Every often I pause and try to assimilate for a few moments what you said. Your choice of words is exquisite. Your sentences are so packed with intellect and information, even a 20-minute video provides the wisdom of hours of talk. Your videos are a series of Epiphanies for me. Thank you very much.

The point on having recovery cycles is really sensible. It's like when you do exercise, you need rest for muscle to rebuild stronger, without it you're doing more harm than good.

Those who perform the best are not the smartest but those who have the energy to get things DONE. That is all that matters. how to do it? 1)Work in cycles; forget the old model where productivity = more hours. Nowadays productivity is all about smart work done in cycles where you work 50% of your time and rest 50% of your time ( like Usain Bolt). Be a sprinter not a marathon-runner. 2) Be sure to recover after intense work. Do power naps, sleep well ( in order to sleep well do not use technology 1 hour before sleep and keep a journal where you point out 3 good things happened to you during the day ). 3)Include cardio, weighlifting, eat real food and do intermittent fasting in ordet to optimize energy. How to recover: have a massage, have fun, walk in the woods. Guided meditation (20 mins) great to relax. 4)If you want to feel more energy, bring people who bring up your joy in your life and eliminate the negative ones. Do things that bring you joy in life and be in the places that improve your joy ( even cities ). Joy is a GPS system. Your joy is your higher wisdom indicator. If you are tired of working for minimum wage as a modern slave and want to get out of the rat race without being scammed with many online BS programs you need to learn how to launch a profitable 6 figures online videocourse business. Follow me as I teach a lot of stuff for free on my channel and yo can literally start getting high paying customers in 30-60 days.

Intermittent fasting should be easy for someone with a sedentary lifestyle. My work is physical, mental, involves cardio and resistance training. With a larger appetite to match, I feed the body once per day. If up at night it's helpful to wear yellow tinted glasses, which helps block out blue light emitted when the tv or phone screen is on. It is not only easier on the eyes, it helps you able to sleeping later on. Genius comes in waves. And when the wind blows, you sprint with it. Enjoy existence!

I'm up at 5:30, have a quick breakfast, journal, then learn by reading until 6:50 then hit the gym at 7am. I can't follow the 20/20/20 formula thoroughly because I like to train at the gym which opens only at 7. What is your insight on this method. It's been over a month and I've stayed consistent and I'm loving it. It may be a bit naive but I'm too waiting to somehow seek an answer of who am I? What is my purpose in life? even though I'm in my 40s I'm still in search for answers. I'm so very grateful I "bumped" into you on the internet, with my pursuit for answers I got suggested to your videos. Another thing I do is be more grateful for everything in my life, practice gratitude. Thank you.

I'll tell you my routine then.. if that helps. Basically its not like waking up at 5.30 is bad or something.. even after waking up, if you're doing your tasks one by one.. then that's great. But, this concept is actually of waking up before the sun, or waking up when the sun rises. And as soon as you wake up, you need to do some sort of physical exercise to produce BDNF. I wake up at 4.30 am. I go for a morning run at 5 am to 5.20 sometimes 5.30.. (its okay if you're not totally precise, just keep the purpose in mind) After coming back home, I make my green tea/oolong tea and I sit & meditate for 5 mins, journal for 10 mins and listen to a small podcast for 5 mins..(mostly by Impact theory or Denzel Washington) Then, as I have recently bought Robin Sharma's books, I am reading that.. I read that for 45 mins.. which means I finish reading around 6.30.. Then I learn 5 new words from the dictionary, and At 6.45 I go to teach tuitions. From 7-9 tuition...then I go to the gym from 9-11.30. Once I'm home I have my breakfast.. And then sit to study .. and gradually, the rest of the day follows.

Hi, my husband and I are long time followers and 5am-ers. We have read many of your books and currently reading "The Everyday Hero". We both love your work and your incredible contributions to the world. I have always wondered about how you deal with good nutrition while you travel. (outside of supplementing). We want to travel more, but find it difficult to maintain quality nutrition without our own kitchen.

Robin, I've been watching your videos for years and love it every one of them. However, I have to say, as an artist, I work a 16-hour shift for publishers and try to find time to do my own creations.
