Talking engagement vs. building an audience, I think Jomboy Media has done a great job building a dedicated audience. They have multiple creators with loyal followings and integrate them across their network to continually grow all of their channels.

I just want to emphasize that Pat Mcafee individually does not make $25 million. His company of around 20 employees collectively make $25 million. That’s what I think it’s ridiculous that Steven A. wants $25 million

Great content! As a Panthers only podcast I'm even struggling with staying "strictly" Panthers. I find myself teetering into other sports talk and know that for me to take the next step, I've got to branch out into ACC/College Football/NFL etc.

Your high engagement numbers and streaming post event probably set your cast at the top. There just happen to be a hell of a lot more people in New York than in North Carolina and certainly rangers fans. Just go look at some of these other podcasts around here total trash
