I realized its placement after filming and was wondering if anyone would notice it! My freshman year of college, one of the guest speakers in a social work class brought copies of that book for all of us and I remember her saying, “you might not think you need this now, but hold onto it because you will need it at some point.”I’ve had it around ever since and plan to always 💗

Hey Anna, you've inspired me to start doing smoothies and I was wondering if you'd share some of your favourite recipes like you did in this vid? What is that bubble stuff?

The bubbles are "popping pearls" that usually go in boba tea! Tapioca pearls are also common. They're quite fun :) those drinks were just almond milk & boba tea protein powder. When I do smoothies for breakfast that I blend up, I usually do frozen bananas, frozen strawberries, almond milk, peanut butter, and protein powder 💗
