Why Keksi? why? You filled my mind with curiosity and then lead me to the ever expansive ocean of commitment. I so readily stepped onto the diving bord and jumped, hoping to quell my ever-growing thirst. But I have now been sinking to the bottom of this sea of despair for what has already felt like an eternity. My sole has floated to the top leaving just my body to sink further and further down, being crushed by the ever building pressure. I don't know when I will be able to free myself from this hell hole, known as the When They Cry franchise. I just know that when I have finely touched the bottom, i will swim back to the surface, through the vat of tears, and once free, I will make you cry.

Btw seeing all this being talked about, gives me the same feeling of watching documentaries about ancient stuff, even if like i was 7 when all this happened I still kinda remember the spam of Ikadex art, and it was 2012, so even after all the controversy it still was relevant in some degrees, and i cant really recall, but i think there was even a psp theme about Ikadex(?) Anyway great video as always, its charming seeing other ika fans in 2023 in the western side of social media and internet in general, and I, being a semi active member of this community too even if by little contribuition makes me proud of being an ika fan!!

Figured I'd mention that Shana, Toradora and Index are all Dengeki Bunko (imprint of Kadokawa) published light novels which is like the reason why there was some official cross-over in anime. There's also a fighting game called Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax where you can play as many of the main characters in these series and beat the heck out of one another. Oreimo is a Dengeki Bunko light novel, which means that Kousaka Kirino is a playable fighter.

This video has such high production value. The scene of Ciel explaining stuff with a blackboard was so well-animated and the writing on the blackboard looked great. Keksi has come a long way from his days of using a twenty-year-old Sony Handcam to film his perspective as he stumbles through his room, schizophrenically rearranging and knocking things over, fumbling with figurines as he talks to himself alone much like Takumi in his shipping container. A masterpiece of a video, though its beauty comes at the cost of being harder to relate to and less self-insertable to the average Keksi fan.
