Great video, guys! Love the script you have for cold calling. Just to add up, acquiring high-end residential clients can be achieved by focusing on neighborhoods with upper-middle to high-income groups. Researching these areas can be done by searching on Google and identifying neighborhoods with a certain lifestyle. Since these neighborhoods are often exclusive, it may be challenging to reach clients through door-to-door visits. An alternative would be to use cold outreach methods, such as phone calls.

@@HouseofCastromany businesses offer a one time %10 to %20 off your next “fill in whatever service” for a review not only does it motivate them to leave a review but it encourages new customers to return… many businesses use that model, even my own chiropractor for his practice actually offered something similar… I think the person who originally commented only used that word because the woman in the video literally said that’s what she does, you should try and be kinder to people, they were just trying to give another helpful idea you don’t have to take it / use it but to tell someone they have a “poor people mentality” is a bit gauche and unbecoming …also the creator of this video said she even gives up to 8 hours of free cleaning just to boost clicks and shares because it helps generate more sales and may gain her new regular clients… so idk what made you say that but please consider thinking before being unnecessarily impolite it costs nothing to be kind.

Thank you Todd! 800k gross not net! Any revenue numbers I use are always gross :) 5 years in now we are at 1.45 million a year in revenue with a 15-20% profit margin (including my salary). I do have 3 full time managers and live remotely- time freedom is my goal over making a lot more money- so I hired managers instead of doing that work myself and making more. I plan to do content on a typical month of expenses vs revenue soon- definitely subscribe to Zenmaid's KZbin if you haven't. The video they released recently does go into a lot of the finances- its called the Creating a Financially Healthy Cleaning Business if you are interested in that.
