I am not an attorney or a trust attorney; this is not legal advice. Asset protection trusts are shielded from creditors and lawsuits. That means if you find yourself getting sued, the resources will not be considered as belonging to you, and the creditor won’t be able to demand payment or transfer of the asset. Assets held in a foreign trust can also be protected from divorce claims and civil actions. Person could put all of their money, houses, cars etc... in a Trusts and set up a business trusts into those trusts in which all there work pay is paid into the business trust. And all pay from there on out gets paid into that person’s Business trust. then child support may be redone as the person business trusts pays him minimum wage at part time hours for his work. Then said person can go back to a judge and show his pay from that point on, then this person should go to the judge again and get the child support rest set to a much lower level, then it is now, and all jobs from there on are paid to the business trust in a foreign trust in a trust. I had a coworker in Texas who married a Chinese woman. They were in the middle of a divorce and things weren't going exactly her way. In a fit of rage, she straight up told him, "My friend told me all I had to do was move to America, marry a white man, divorce him and I could make a lot of money." I’m a male nurse and I work with Asian women (Filipina and Chinese). If you think Asian women are sugar, spice and everything nice, I have a lakefront property to sell you in Arizona. They can be the most difficult people to work with and I mean it in every sense. Out of every 10, there are maybe 2-3 pleasant ones. The rest are very very stubborn and just not the best. This is my lived experience. I worked as a travel nurse in Texas two years ago and an Asian nurse was always trying to find faults in my work when I was giving her shift report in the morning. So one evening, when I came in to start my shift, I realized she hadn’t started prepping the patient for surgery the next day and she was behind on a lot of medications. I reported her to the unit manager and the surgeon and got her in serious trouble cos if it was the other way round, she would have done the same to me.

That's standard though; in Asian cultures, women tell their daughters they must marry the richest man they can get. A guy I know asked out a Chinese woman who was working at a shop on minimum wage and she said no because he was too poor (he was a graduate IT guy). She told him to come back when he was rich. After 5 years, he was earning good money, so he went back to her shop and she finally accepted him after he showed his income. They got married, but I think he's insane for marrying her. The arrogance of her, insisting he has to earn a lot when she earns minimum wage and has no qualifications. He scraped the bottom of the barrel.

I sponsored a Filipina dentist via a K1 visa and i am glad that I did not marry her. Her visiting me and me visiting her home, many things were rosy and she understood that my hobbies,model plane building and remote control planes, was a big and important part of my life. Visa approved and she stateside she decided to throw away my toys saying that it was childish and i will be a married man soon. A week before the wedding i presented her a plane ticket to her home. I understand that i would be comfortable,not rich, but i would be very unhappy through life. I am glad that i stayed single then. Now i have a wonderful wife who enjoys the fact that i enjoy a hobby now.

My story is similar to this guy. I’m a 6’2 36 year old ABC (American born Chinese) and married to an Eastern European wife ten years ago. I met my ex wife overseas and brought her back to America and improved her life tremendously as she came from a poor background. To make the long story short, nothing was ever enough, sex was only given if I bought her expensive clothes, shoes, purses, watches, or jewelry because otherwise she wouldn’t put out and say that she didn’t feel like it. I worked many hours of overtime to improve our lives. In the end I was taken to the cleaners and she took our family home our 6 bedrooms 3 bathroom house, a 2/1 rental condo, and a 1/1 condo. Also my Mustang, Audi, and Honda. She also has my two antique Rolexes that was given to me by my parents before they passed away. She has full custody of my son and I pay her 30% child support each month. She now brought her whole family to live with her in our house and she is dating a doctor in the hospital she works at. I’m now feeling happier but my net worth had dropped by 80%. I hope guys reading this don’t ever go through what I went through.

I wholeheartedly disagree with the notion that the problem in a relationship is solely attributed to women from specific regions like South America or Asia. Speaking from my own personal experience, I, as a South American woman, had to deal with a nightmare situation when I discovered that my then-husband, an American, was using my identity to apply for multiple credit cards, which severely damaged my credit. Divorcing him was an uphill battle, as he refused to let go and even tried to reconcile by offering apologies for his mistake. I told him that it was not a one-time mistake, but rather a pattern of several repeated offenses. I firmly believe that trust, fidelity, and respect are the three most important pillars of any relationship outside of love. If any of these elements are missing, then it's time to end things and move on. I am not willing to stay with someone I cannot trust. I know that some women might not agree with me, but I stand by my belief that a manipulative woman with children can be a toxic combination for any relationship. It's not fair to label every man as an aggressor and every woman as a victim.

A lot of these men have issues, that is why they try to get women from outside their culture. I am foreign and married an American when I was very young. I had no idea what kind of man he was. He nearly killed me. Some (many) of the women these men marry are manipulators, and some are full of regrets for marrying men who are not capable of sustaining healthy relationships. Western men think foreign women are more easily controlled and have lower expectations than emancipated western women. Often times, these men end up shocked. Times have changed. Everyone should learn to really get to know someone before making the decision to marry, and that's very hard to do when people are from different continents.

My best friend's father (in his late 70's now) married a woman from China. He met her online and then brought her back to Canada to marry her about 7 years ago. She divorced him recently, and in the divorce she won his house, an additional rental property, car and more than half of his retirement checks. He now lives in a basement apartment with no windows. It is all he can afford. And his entire inheritance - which should have gone to his daughter who loves him, is now in the hands of his Chinese ex-wife. He lost everything simply because he was so desperate to dip his quill in the ink jar, that he allowed himself to be tricked and robbed of his life's financial security. And yes...she has brought over many of her family members to Canada - and they ALL LIVE IN HIS HOUSE.

Yes, Was badly burnt by a middle class Brazilian woman, She did bad domestic violence to me four times in two months. Polizia were called last two times by the neighbours. I refused to press charges but said the last time to kick her out of apartment. Then she stalked me and we got back together. Then after a few more months of madness, had high blood pressure and headaches from nervous tension. So I decided to leave her and be homeless so as not to pay bills pay for me, her and her Son in university. Living as a vagabundo has caused many problems and have been close to death many times since I left her in March 2023. The way Asian women have explained it to me is that in Asian cultures the women control the money and finances (so the man works and the woman's job is to manage the money). The person who controls the money always has more power. In Western cultures, the man traditionally earned more and always managed the finances too, so men are used to being in control in Western cultures. Asian women are also more controlling with their men to stop him from cheating, but in Western cultures (particularly in countries like France) having a bit on the side was just something a wife turned a blind eye to.

My eldest son married a woman from The Philippines, her mother is Chinese but still lives in The Philippines. What an absolute disaster. Today he is living with us, his mum and dad. He had a house, fully furnished, she deliberately got pregnant, said she was on the pill, lied about that. Pretended she was loaded with money and spent accordingly, it was my son’s money which he worked hard long hours to earn. He finally left her, 2 kids later, took him for everything he had. My situation is similar to this guy's. In my case, I'm Asian and the ex wife is from a Eastern European block country. I had the same issues being a plugged in beta. I substantially improved the ex wife's life and her immediate family. I got nothing but contempt from her after we got married and had a kid. Nothing I did was good enough. All of this despite going through cancer twice where by she was MIA during my second cancer situation. I had that decision to make whether to stay for my kid or leave. Ultimately, I filed for divorce. Rich is correct about getting out. I should have gotten out sooner. With the sexless marriage thing, I went through 5 to 6 years of no sex while still married. Being divorced now over 3 years, things are so much better. Yes, there are still issues with the ex controlling my access to our kid. But at least there are defined legal guard rails now. Not an arbitrary setup the ex defines on a whim. For a while, I too was worried about the ex running off to her native country with our kid but that fear has now subsided for a number of reasons. One of which is she no longer can do this. The passport our kid had has expired and I refuse to sign the State Department form authorizing a new passport. So there's no way she can leave the country with our kid aside from trying to illegally smuggling our kid out. I wished I had discovered Rich's content before I got married. This is a warning to those that are still plugged in that your life is already paved with future tears and anguish. Since waking up, I've been spoiled for choice with women and have been living up life. I realized that I'm the prize and many women can see this. Per Rich's definition of a high value man, I have a good career making very good money. I'm into interesting things where women want to be a part of. Own various toys: motorcycles, cars, and sailboat. Have a beach home. I'm jacked for my age of 52 at 6'5" weighing in at 205 lbs. The only component that was missing was my mental. Which Rich fixed. I can't thank Rich enough for what he's done for the men's community.

I think the problem starts at the screening process. When I met my wife (Asian), she was from a middle class family, her parents chipped in for half the apartment we bought together. She works as hard as me, she is a great housewife and doesn't spend any of my money on anything. If she wants something, it's because she really needs it. We lived together for 3-4 years before we got married. She has no social media She doesn't like to go shopping She doesn't ask for anything but essentials She has a minimalist lifestyle. We have been accumulating wealth together, and it's been going great for 7 years now. She never showed any materialism, greed or anything. She always did half. If we end up divorced, she will get half because she deserves half. If she hadn't been like that, I wouldn't have gotten married. So you really need to screen your candidates thoroughly.

My experience with Chinese culture is that it’s inherently narcissistic, because of shame avoidance. I’m being very lose and general here, as not all Chinese people are narcissistic. But within the culture is an engrained avoidance of shame, which doesn’t allow people to integrate shame as part of their identity. What this looks like is perceiving slights by things that aren’t actually slights, trying to outwardly appear the best through superficial means, and being obsessed with social status. They avoid accountability because they avoid the shame it would bring.

I'm a white woman married to a Chinese man. He is very straightforward and not sentimental, at all. It's one of the things I like about him but I definitely don't and can't turn to him for emotional support. He strongly believes in traditional gender rolls even if he won't outright say that he does. 'death by a thousand cuts' is a really good way to describe the way he can be sometimes. If he's in a bad mood, I'm doing everything wrong. He always has some kind of criticism when it comes to everything. He's a very good provider and I wouldn't have the life I have married to the Caucasian men I had to choose from. Chinese men are also very physically attractive, at least for me, personally. Do I love him? Yes I do, we have been through a lot together and he's the only person who loves our kids as much as I do. Does he love me? The answer is, I don't know. If he did, he would never show it or tell me outright. Sometimes I think he's with me because it's practical for him. To be honest, I'm way more focused on my kids and my crafting hobbies. I don't make him my whole life and identity or center him in everything I do despite the fact that I am grateful towards him and I often follow what he tells me to do. I love myself even if he doesn't love me. The most important thing to me is that I got to have kids, I wasn't poor and I would be a sahm. I think Chinese culture can be very mechanical. There are pros and cons to this. I think even if your Chinese spouse doesn't show 'love' in the traditional sense, Chinese spouses are often very dedicated because those are the values they have been taught. Of course things are changing with gen Z.

Yea it's a hard one to crack. I grew up second gen Chinese in Canada and I never saw my parents hug or kiss each other. My parents also did not show me that typical western parent support either via hugs, positive encouragement etc. But they did do everything they could for our family and were always there for us with a hot meal, providing for the family etc. Some of that lack of warmth did carry over to some of my early relationships but over time I did a 180. Being married now to another mixed Asian wife (Japanese/Filipina) has been wonderful with great kids. My wife also grew up in a similar household, so although she is fantastic with our kids, very loving etc, we've had to work on really connecting as a husband/wife. It happens in a lot of marriages when life is busy etc, but the suppression of emotions growing up can linger into adulthood. I say, be yourself and try to reach out to your husband in small gestures that are perhaps beyond what is "expected". If he's from mainland China, his upbringing and that of his parents could have been really regimented even though the younger generations are a little bit more open.

I'm from the UK and live in China. I know a lot of guys who have Chinese wives, none of them seem particularly happy with it. Chinese women are all about money. In China it's common practice for Chinese men to hand over all their salary to their wives every month. I know a British guy doing that and it seems crazy to me, he's not saving anything for himself. They are the complete opposite of submissive. In some respects they are even more aggressive than western women. The mind fucking is on another level. When you break up with them or stop talking to them, all bets are off. I got entangled with one that would message bomb me and act very aggressively whenever I saw her after going no contact.
