Congratulations congratulations 🎉 I just want to share a little something we do have a sound system for those people who cannot afford a DJ. If you do have a DJ it’s in our contract that the DJ cannot hook up to our Soundsystem and must bring his equipment. For the same reasons that B said. They destroy your things. So we made it apart of our contract your dj must bring their own equipment. Or the client can use our sound system. It actually works out well

I am seriously inspired - I am also an event planner and have a bunch of backdrops - rentals and do floral designs - picnics - Photo Booth all of that but it would be so much easier to have my own space - working on that - looking at Westchester as the BX seems to be saturated but the goal is this what’s she’s doing bc I already do it without the space

Same thing here, my Sister. I'm in Maryland and definitely looking forward to having an event space to save me the mind space of going to all the other venues, some great and some not so, to set up, decorate, break down and clean up. We got this!!

In Montgomery County, MD, realtors are refusing to work with me unless I have half a mil and have worked in the catering industry. So disappointing so I gave up on this dream.
