Bring this guy back on!! Loved his chill vibe and straight up transparency. I was bullied when I was a new nurse. Almost left nursing because of it. Happy I didn't quit and mastered it.
@NursesToRichesАй бұрын
For sure! His vibe is awesome! And major props to you for sticking it out-nursing is no walk in the park. I’m sure you're in a much better place now because you didn’t let the way you were treated hold you back.

I LOVE that folks are no longer gatekeeping. This is so important to folks coming up. They need people to look up to and salaries are great motivation.

Bro your videos are so inspirational. Unfortunately toxicity will always be in nursing thank goodness 🙏 we have your show to inspire us. Happy Holidays and New Year to you, Monica and family.
@NursesToRichesАй бұрын
Thanks so much for the love! You’re absolutely right-nurses are already overworked, underappreciated, and underpaid. The least we can do is lift each other up instead of competing or hating on each other. Wishing you and your family a Happy Holidays! 🎄✨

yeah, i've heard that CA nurse's unions are very strong and working conditions tend to be better, on average, compared to other states. Curious as to why other states are not as strong or influential?

Smh at the rn you were working with when you found out that you passed the nclex rn. She could have been happy, smiled , congratulated you. Yes she was the rn in charge that you were working with. She is a hater. And smh at the preceptor at 1 of the best hospitals in the world (i had a bad preceptor too at the hospital , you did not deserve that hostile treatment from her), . Hmm its some toxic females in nursing. Some of these women in nursing be too mean for.no reason at all. We are suposed to be nice to our patients but we cant be nice and supportive or at least respectful to our coworkers who we work with . Who we spend a considerable amount of time. No need to be that disrespectful. Life is not that miserable. Maybe she did not like you the, i think. Smh. But look at you now, you doing your thing.
