1. VỊT QUAY ĐẮC HOÀ II

🦆ROASTED DUCK: Clean and wash the duck. Mix the duck with soy sauce, wood ear mushrooms, dried needle mushrooms and pepper buds. Tie with a string. Boil the duck and dip in cashew oil and honey liquid. Rub salt on the duck’s neck and insert oxygen inside the duck. Hang on the rack, dry and refrigerate for two hours. Place in a roasting machine for 40 minutes.
Torch the duck. Plating: Pour the juices out of the duck. Use it as the dipping sauce later. Chop the duck into small pieces and serve with banh mi or fried buns.

🦆TOSSED DUCK BONES WITH HOMEMADE SALT: Chop the duck into small pieces. Flesh out the duck meat. Boil the duck bones. Cover with frying flour and deep fry. Stir-fry with garlic, pepper, scallion and butter. Add homemade salt on top and it's ready to serve.
🦆STIR-FRIED FLAT NOODLES WITH DUCK MEAT: Deep fry the duck meat and then stir-fry them with flat rice noodles, bean sprouse, dark soy sauce, chives, MSG and other seasoning. Top up with sesame seeds and serve.

Pekin Ducks is a white flightless duck raised for their meat. They're raised worldwide. Peking Duck is a form of preparing it.

honestly roast duck is amazing! here in New York theres a place my father would always take me to on a friday afternoon to grab some. we also would grab their ginger soy roasted chicken, since the duck do be very oily. or their roasted pork belly. the sauce is amazing to eat it with. i can't wait to go there again

I was like 16, high as hell , and fantasying about those ducks that hang in China town. I never had a duck, so I walked my high butt to China town and bought a whole duck. Get home, and bite into it and I didn't like it. I didn't expect it to be 90% fat. The meat that was there was, was so fatty. Its how those mfers are just chilling in a half frozen lake in February.

Not old episode but old video that haven't been posted. They need to go thru a lot of procedure before goin to US which include weeks of quarantine. So, instead of not posting any video at all for months, they either compile old stuff or release stuff that is sitting in their archive/storage. My Chinese friend brought me duck feet from China. Like completely industrialized in a very commercial package, looking like Beef Jerky from Jack Links, but it was a yellow packaging and it was duck feet. The star anise taste was very strong, I think it varies with each brand. Very good, I ate the whole thing.
