I think rogues in China find great pleasure in their creative methods of mind control on USA citizens. If we could know their thoughts, I think we would learn they are having re-occuring thoughts about our ignorance. There is an app called News Break. It is owned by a Chinese man. It advertises by focusing on its local news feature.. It includes local news which is helpful. However, 99% of the articles are about pedophiles + crazy things ppl do + controversial things that draw ppl into arguments in the comments. I deleted the app because it was distracting + it was possibly a mind control tactic to target small minded ppl who don't think. It made it seem to me like the entire world is a lost cause because of the bad news. It also seemed to me to be like a baby sitter while damages to our nation are actively in place in the background. Life is a gift & I am building a strong resistance against distractions while being on guard against Chinese interference.

I’m a freelance videographer that mainly works in the real estate industry, I’ve been around all the top producers in my states market. Grown men and women, obsessing over how they’re going to go viral on tik tok/ig instead of focusing on the fundamentals of selling real estate and growing a business. It’s really weird to see. Ik people who refuse to do things like cold calling/door knocking/mailers, networking etc. and instead are focusing the majority of their time trying to make corny reels and “blow up”. The repetitive messaging of moronic people or the sexualisation of children on the platform is sickening. TikTok messed up my mental health, it may sound dramatic, but it truly is a messed up app. The amount of negativity there leads you to feeling hopeless. So much self harm and unaliving “jokes”, sexu@lizing kids, in©️est, gender fights (men and women just hating on each other). After 2 years of using that app I noticed how it made me anxious about people and just being outside. The media that would usually pop in my feed would relate to fear of aging and girls trying to avoid unavoidable (aging) and it makes sense - constant praise of young girls is toxic and makes you believe that you lose your value as you get older. You as a woman start believing that men are either ped0, r@pist or a mur0erer because of so many people sharing their story and it’s just so scary. I don’t think people should be naive of course but living in fear is not okay either.

If TikTok should be "Banned" then so should Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and every other social media platform, even KZbin because they all collect personal data, monitor your devices and more... The fact that there's a campaign against TikTok solely out of the no-where is fishy. I'm a Programmer/Coder so I'm very familiar with how algorithms work, and I can confidently inform you that the big-picture isn't about views and video topics; It's about data collection and the subsequent usages of such data. All social media platforms are guilty of this aspect in regards of privacy, so why is it that the US is singling out TikTok solely? The thing is that all the other platforms are not required by law or their purpose is not to report to a government. A government that is openly hostile towards western culture and countries. Facebook and twitter are private companies. They sell your user data for targeted advertisement. Do they give out information to government agencies? Most probably yes. Are they required by law and is that their first and foremost purpose? No. China uses the data to develop their facial recognition AI that is used to further their dystopian totalitarian social credit system. Tktok is also by many specialist considered a cognitive weapon used against western countries. So it is not the data collection that makes Tiktok way worse, it is the consequences of that data collection and it's purpose that makes it the top priority of legislation regarding social media.

Deleting TikTok from your phone is not enough. The CCP is still able to track you. The only way to completely stay away from the CCP is to get a new SIM card and hard reset your phone. Comparing viewership numbers from Tik Tok to Instagram is like comparing Apples to Oranges. Potentially different demographics and therefore having a different content approach would be needed. What would have made this somewhat comparable is informing us of the the age brackets for your KZbin and Instagram audiences? I am assuming your audience are mainly in their mid 20's/30's and above demographic (based on how long Valuetainment has been around and the younger 20 something year old's like I was when I came across Valuetainment, now in their early 30's). Tik Tok is catered for the younger demographic with most of the "popular" Tik Tok videos having the surprise/shock/quick fix-promise factor rather than content that actually has evidence based, value type content. The amount of trashy financial videos that do well on Tik Tok is just one example. The "Get rich quick" mentality always seem to blow up viewership counts on Tik Tok, where a viewer only needing to sign up to a course for a "heavily" discounted price is an example of what is wrong with not just the platform, but where society is heading in general...

Please let me go ahead and preface this by saying I am nowhere on the level of PBD, and I do not work for TikTok. I've been creating content on and off, mostly off, since 2016. This is free game for anyone interested in TikTok as a platform. Since late October, I've been studying Tiktok. First, we have to assess the fact that PBD doesn't make content that is fun or easy to watch for kids. The average Tiktok user is 16-24 (60% of users). Most high school and college kids don't seek financial or business advice. Also, I looked at your TikTok account, and all your content is the same "talking head" content. I also make "talking head" content, and my audience skews older (25+). Consider that PBD only appeals to older TikTok users in addition to the repetitive theme of the content he creates. Just because I like 1-2 videos doesn't mean I will love the same informational talking head style of the next 100. Now, let's consider that PBD is a considerably large creator on the platform, with over 250k followers. TikTok's algorithm tends to help smaller creators reach the "for you" page regularly to see how the video will perform and to give them a better chance to grow a following. PBD's early videos, as a small account, were able to capitalize on that. Once a creator reaches a certain level, their content doesn't reach the for you page as often. It is mainly pushed to their followers, and if their followers are not engaged by the content, it will fall flat. Additionally, TikTok makes no guarantee that your followers will ever see another video from you again. Especially if your followers become desensitized to the type of content, you create. Lastly, I've come to realize that TikTok prioritizes shareable content. That is why you see a lot of crazy, dancing, and funny content with high views. People are sharing those videos outside of TikTok. This is even shown in PBD's recent videos. He has a video about Mr. Beast turning down a 1 billion dollar offer, which has 187 shares and over 635K views. If you go down the list of his other videos, you will see that the number of shares is considerably low (fewer than 10 on most videos). TikTok reminds me of the Popeyes Chicken Sandwich frenzy. Everyone is running to the platform hoping for fortune and quick fame by making some silly 12-15 second video. Once Popeyes sold out of chicken sandwiches, they brought them back, but people who had the original chicken sandwich noticed the difference. They cut the product, and it didn't taste the same. TikTok has made adjustments in the last 2-3 months. The product has been cut, and we have to adjust. It is still the best platform for small creators looking to grow quickly. In conclusion, PBD's content, as it currently stands, is not exciting or shareable to most users on TikTok. Does it help that PBD spoke poorly about China? Probably not. Is TikTok bad for the world? Maybe. Will it be shut down? Probably. But for now, it's here, and if you're a business person, you must figure out how to dominate it. P.S. PBD if you're reading this, an additional reason the Mr. Beast video popped off is SEO. The platform is taking more significant steps to register with search engines, specifically google. So get your copywriters on top of that. Or whoever reads comments for PBD, I hope this gets you a raise! Stay blessed and happy holidays!

Just one thing to point out, I've been working with Google Ads for 2 years and I can tell you that the data collected is the same from Google. We should check the content shown on both platforms. TikTok and Instagram. Given elements representing the content's smartness, check which one is dumber. About talking in a bad way about China I agree, it's a possibility and I don't like China either. But the problem about dumb content I really don't know. Musk also is talking about social media in general, not just TikTok. I quit both TikTok and Instagram for the reels. One thing maybe is that china is blocking dumb content for Chinese users. So is more a passive move not active on us. Theres still FB,snap chat,KZbin shorts and LinkedIn. These are all similar in a sense you just scroll mindlessly. You just need to encourage yourself to really focus on something you want to learn and be disciplined to not click anything you did not anticipate thus removing control from what is expected of you to click and or watch. You stay in the driver's seat.
