Chucking out the process of parting out and adding parts is what I was wanting to show you. We sort the large sets by color also. You got there fast! Nice demonstration! We are moving to a new building in August.

That’s exciting that you’re moving! I know you mentioned in brick-slingers that you guys were getting away from the YouTubing, but I think it would be interesting to see your process as you prepare to move and as you set up your new space. Thank you for your continued viewing and comments, they sure are encouraging!

Thank you for this excellent video. I've been burning myself out trying to sort colors one day and upload everything at once the next day. Occasionally I've even lost my work because I missed something on the part out screen in Bricklink and had to start the inventorying process over haha. I'm going to upload about 7,200 pieces soon (4 copies of 80107) and I'm relieved that I can do it in chunks! Being able to upload different sets together is also a game changer, Mack's Brick Shop mentioned that sets in a single theme often have similar pieces, it would be great to do them together! Thanks again!

Great tutorial! I was wanting to see that integration of Brick Freedom and Brickstore. Never thought about doing multiple sets on the same part out in Brickstore. I have a bunch of Ninjago sets with only 2-4 copies of each. They likely will have a lot of similar parts which this would be useful to do it with and much faster!

Yeah brickstore should make the part out of different sets with similar part a little easier. Can’t wait to get home and actually put it to use with those Dots!! Thanks for the view and comment!!

You dont need to add the set and then click part out, you can just import inventory from set (or something along those lines... Its cmd i, cmd i) Also double clicking the inv parton an item does part out that set/minifig/part.

Good to know...that will definitely make things go quicker. Thanks for the tip (and the view 😁)!

This is good for the ninjago garden set.as bricklink can time out before you get to upload.to me it seems very long winded.great tutorial tho for anyone wanting to use this..

Thanks for the comment! Yeah a variation of these techniques would work great for large sets. The only thing different that I see (compared to the creative sets) is you would have to physically part out the set first. You couldn’t do it by bag as some of the same parts could be spread out into multiple bags.
