For 1HKO with Hell Plants? Absolutely. 1HKO with Demonic Fire? Probably not because over 850 raw Atk and 250 raw Refine Atk comes from runes

The four main tips are these: 1) Increase Ignore Mdef 2) Increase Atk 3) Increase Mdmg increase 4) Increase Mpen Everyone’s journey there is different but as long as you work on these 4 you’ll get there!
