Torque on cover bolts is 7 lbs I think the general bolt torque guide covers them by bolt size

Owen Arsenault I have the same bike and I finally just bought new plastics and graphics for her and polished the frame. All I need to do now is a clutch and it will be mint.

Did you drain the trans fluid prior to replacing the clutch or do you just add more??

Rekluse manual torq drive is technically the top of the line. Sorry for being that guy..

Donte Lewis depends what you are looking to do with it. I’m 190-200 lbs and the bike has been ok for me but even with building it out to a full mod bike it still can’t stay with a modern 450 down a flat straight away

Yeah it was great I actually just put a Hinson in my 450 and hopefully next year I’ll do a full one in my new 250

@@TheMotoAftermathShow I just ordered the same one my clutch feels short on a crf250r I just bought sometimes when I come to a stop with the clutch pulled in it'll stall it won't start in gear and it's hard to get into neutral when running I'm getting like a winding noice from my clutch area almost the sound you get when you slip or have a slipping clutch I'm hoping some new clutch packs and fluid will solve this any advice would be greatly appreciated

Yes, it’s not a problem at all just don’t stand it right up and fire it up. Give it a second to drain back down to the bottom
