How to Clean Marble Counter - DIY
1) Mix Spoonful of n=abking powder or baking soda with 3 spoonsfuls of warn water.
2 ) Use a cloth or paper towel to gently scrub
3) Use new cloth and warm water to rinse off twice
4) Dry
Marble should feel smooth and not gritty or powdery.
What is baking powder???
Baking power contains baking soda and cream of tartar (a mild acid) and cornstarch. When mixed with water it foams and the two chemicals react in a similar way to baking soda and vinegar (also an mild acid).
You can clean with either one. It is safe for your hands. Mild enough to not damage or scratch marble and stone.
