Thank you for this! How do you thoroughly clean the pot of wax after melting?
@jackherbert852822 күн бұрын
How about from paper?
@MrBROTHERFELDERАй бұрын
Grease pencil on glass is simple, grease pencil on pourus plastic is another thing. You’ll need acetone or WD-40.

@KJ7JHN3 ай бұрын
What temp do you melt your wax at, please?
@vintagelyzzie2 ай бұрын
Wax melts at anywhere between 100 - 109 degrees F. Start on low and move to medium if needed.
@roberta193484 ай бұрын
What about fabric?
@vintagelyzzie4 ай бұрын
If it doesn't wash out....try placing a paper towel over it and then ironing it. Sometimes the wax will melt and adsorb into the paper towel. Be cautious though.

do you remember the name of the colors? And where do you get the glitter powder you said you added to the black paint?
@vintagelyzzie6 ай бұрын
They all came from Lowe's. Glitter powder was a little package by the paint desk that you mix in at home yourself. These were all jewel tone paint colors. I'll see if I can find the paint names.

Probably chalk. The marker has a special way to remove but both can do it.

I realize I haven't even checked your videos on offer, but I'm an absolute beginner who'd appreciate videos on how to use various tools including an electric drill/screwdriver. Advice on how to pick one, i.e., what to look for, would be very useful. I don't even have one yet, but imagine I'll want to get one; I don't have strength in my hands as I once did. So that's my idea: a series of getting started for beginners like me. Many thanks! CM

In June 2019, I broke my bedroom wall with a foot because of my craziness stupidity, and rage, and there were at least a little few paint droppings. In November 2022, I added and extended damage by palming it due to my craziness, stupidity, and rage again, and some possibly lead paint peelings and chips had and have been everywhere since. Am I still fine? How do I get help?
@vintagelyzzie2 жыл бұрын
I would suggest testing the paint on your walls for lead. If it is positive contact a professional for removal of the lead on your walls and a doctor if you think the lead is something you have come in contact with.
@godsent66292 жыл бұрын
@@vintagelyzzie Yeah, I'm about to test the paint chips using vinegar, but since I've created so many problems already, I'm really scared of what's going to happen to me after my parents know about the third problem here. It's good if no lead paint is present although I don't really guarantee regarding that. The old house was built in 1955. The first two problems got something to do with toilet clogging costed up to almost $1000 in total. From there on, I can't even use my college financial aid anymore. The home internet use is important to me too that's why I'm afraid to tell the truth unless I really have to at the end. The next time will be sad. I likely will get punished badly. I'm not even a real adult yet either and am not capable of being fully independent. I'm at 19 years of age only. I felt like it's bad karma that's also why I keep on doing dumb things.

How do you remove it from wood?
@vintagelyzzie2 жыл бұрын
Start with same process of using a dry cloth or cotton. Wood can be tricky as wax can get into the wood grain lines. At that point try wood cleaners like mop and glow. After that it might need light sanding to get it all out. Good luck.

I kept them in a room my cat couldn't get into. Some cats ignore them but some cats are too interested. You can also get an extra large dog cate and put the chicks inside that with a chick warmer.
