This elder pagan, who have been in a few challenging situations, finally figured out that the only "free will" we really have is the choice of how we deal with our "fate".

I say the following through with your word from the encounter is a major highlight. Acting with intention with integrity by being accountable, responsible and respectful. Definitely character traits worthy of celebrating.

Last year i did a trip in a campervan from Yorkshire all the way to Switzerland and then around France. We didnt have any problems until we returned and a street away from my house a car was speeding that we had to swerve to avoid. It was pretty crazy that it happened in the last minute of the journey.

My issue is no support. I live in a town with three big churches and various other protestant churches.😢

Thank you for putting into words what I m already trying to do even if it s really hard to me, at least when the happening is still "fresh". Just immagine if most of the people think and react in such way, how beautiful the society would be 😊

I think similarly. There is a fated outcome. Things are going to happen, there different choices you can take that will lead to those outcomes. I’d say that’s where reputation comes in. Honorable choices and such. We don’t get to know where we’ll end up. One choice goes one way, one choice goes another, but ultimately we end up where we always were supposed to be.

Thanks, love your videos and agree with this video. But I found it very funny when you said "never react with anger". I was thinking about the Vikings, the worshippers of Odin, and wondered what they would say about "never react with anger"? Things like anger is an essential part of warriors. I think many modern pagans just have the same name for gods, but is isn't really the same gods as those of the ancients.

I think this is a very limited view of a warrior. Ferocity, sure. But anger can get you killed on the battlefield. A cool, level head during battle would be more useful than a hot headed temper. Especially for a leader of an army/party which is what Odin would symbolize more than an average warrior.

To my mind we are all born at a specific time and place and so, we are given a generalistic type of fate which can easily be seen in our Natal charts. This being a given - I mean, some are Scorpios and others are Librans etc...I have found that we make our own Karma. People often ask "but why did a six year old die in a car accident?" for example. The answer in cases like these I believe lies in past life karma, which is all on us as individuals. Through our own actions we can exert a subtle pressure at key points in a lifetime and alter our Karma (or fate?) accordingly. So we definitely do possess free will - some of us anyway.

Who knows what kind of impact your actions had on the other person because you made the choice not to react in anger 😁👍
