Great video, really enjoyed it. Could you make a video about what training usually looks like at the bigger firms? How extensive it is, how long it lasts, what they expect you to already know, etc.... Thanks again!

I wish ARGUS certification was not so expensive. Heard from some people that on the job experience is the best way to learn it and the certification isnt all that useful

Great feedback - on-the-job ARGUS experience is ideal (and preferred by employers), but if you can't get that through an internship or full-time job, the certification is your next best bet and can give an employer some level of confidence that you know your way around the software. Thanks for the comment!

Hey Justin! I'm sorry, this question is off-topic. Do you have any insight into how lucrative a loan originator role at a GSE-approved firm could potentially be? I'm considering one that would enable me to originate senior housing, skilled nursing, and multifamily agency loans. Do you know of anyone personally that has done really well in this type of role? Do you have any experience?

As always, excellent video, Justin. I have a quick comment. Not long ago, you posted a video on what an acquisitions analyst does on a day-to-day basis, and also you have an other video on how you would start over again to break into the CRE industry, and in this second video, you mentioned that the first job you would like to get is an investment sales analyst at a top firm because of the transaction volume. Could you please do a video on what you do on a day-to-day basis in that role? Thank you so much!!!

Hey Justin, great content. I bought your course and it is really valuable and will be buying more. Do you have a course to do a full, detailed, institutional market analysis (like full in depth analysis) like the way private equity and hedge funds do before acquiring a property? whether it be large multifamily and commercial? Thanks in advance.

Hi Justin, I have a question. What is a good answer to give when the interviewer asks why we want to move?I’m applying for jobs in NY and was asked that question in one of my interviews. Considering how the market is, what would be the best way to answer this?
